Advice needed: why are my plants producing many peppers ?

I think I was over watering at the start but the leaves started to curl or drop off so I slowed down on the water. I’ve also been trying different places with different sun. Right now they are in full sun.

I finished a 1000 piece puzzle and 2 pieces were ‘mis-cut’

My theory is that a worker at the factory switched the pieces with the same ones of the next puzzle on the line.

Advice needed please. I have Dioscorea elephantipes seedlings and one has brown spots. What can I do?

They are about 2 months old and I keep them in little green house in my grow room. They do generally have moist dirt. I hope they are ok.
(The only pic I have of the green house is from last month)

Not sure if I am doing it right but I made these porcelain rocks and put them on my wooden shelf.

I bet I’m doing it wrong though.
Are you allowed to make the rocks in this hobby ?

I bought 10 dioscorea elephantipes seeds and they all grew!

I made a little green house for them to stop the soul from drying out so fast.

Question: I harvested leaf lettuce 2 weeks ago and then let the stem grow the leaves back. But it tastes bitter. Why is it bitter?

Did I harvest too early or something?

Gave my Japanese maple bonsai bush a trim today.

I think it looks good.
There’s a low hanging branch that I want to see if I can also bonsai. But I don’t know what I’m doing

Question. Should I be worried that my roses are coming back at May 12 in Toronto?

I have a don Jaun rose bush(planted 2 years ago) and it is not coming back like the plant next to it. Should I be worried that it does ?
