How did frozen start for you?

What were the earliest signs? Mine has some pain in certain positions. I'm still trying to narrow down specifically what bothers it. But when it hurts it really hurts, for maybe 15 seconds? It also does some popping in the socket.

Does this sound like frozen shoulder (please say no!) or something else? Lol

If you prioritize fiber...

Please tell me what high fiber foods you have eaten today. Show me how easy it can be, I need inspiration!

UPDATE: That's what I'm talking about, thanks all so much for sharing!

ISO A run club

I know there are several in the area. But most seem to run in the evenings or are not near me. I work at 430am so not interested in running later than like 4pm. I live up around kierland. Anyone know of any running groups a bit farther north than the ones I saw around tempe or camelback? If no I'll consider going farther afield, but I'm more likely to be consistent if I don't have to. 😏

FDS dream sheet question

Did you make this list in BMT or not until tech school? Anyone find out where they'd be going while still in BMT?

Is someone more likely to get a job on their list with AGE as AFSC since they are based pretty much everywhere?

dental tourism

I moved from Washington state to Arizona six months ago. I love it so much for the weather, but also the proximity to Mexico. (Sadly, cost of living is no better.)

Crown:

US quote: $1648

Mexico quote: $450

Filling:

US Quote: $300

Mexico quote: $50

I can't remember what I paid for xrays in US, but to have them taken in Mexico was $30. For today's visit I paid $130 for two fillings and xrays. I'll go back at a later date for the rest of my fillings and a cleaning. The cleaning will be $50; can't remember the cost of that in the US either, though I am covered for two per year with my insurance. Also, my dental insurance does cover out-of-country dentists, so some of my expensesin Mexico will be reimbursed.

My US dentist suggested two crowns and two fillings, plus build-ups for the crowns. Total quote was $4702. I do have insurance which would cover 50% up to $2000 per year. Mexico dentist said he doesn't feel I need crowns at this point, just the fillings and a cleaning.

Grateful to live close to the border now. But even if I didn't, I'm saving around $2000 so could possibly afford to fly down here. The dentist I saw was Dr. Marco (not sure if that's his first name or last name!) at Arizona Dental in Nogales, which is closer for me than dentists in Los Algodones.

ETA I also purchased 0.05 tretinoin for $6. There are rules regarding buying prescription medications in Mexico so look into that, but I was able to buy that and no questions asked. Two birds with one stone.

What products might help me achieve this sleek style?

Second pic is shortly after getting a couple inches cut off. Stylist always want to add volume (is this a Texas thing?! 🙄) but I like the sleek style of this inspiration photo.

Anyone know what needs to happen to fix this?

It's an apartment, but maintenance here is terrible. If it's simple enough I might take care of it myself. The lower spray arm keeps tipping over. And I think because of this, the ends of the spray arm melted during the heated dry?

I'm going to get a cut. 😢 But...

What do you think I'm dealing with here? Ignore the pony line! All the wispiness below, breakage? Growth? I (52) was losing lots of hair last winter or so. It seems better lately. I've started hrt, though I don't know if that's good or bad for hair. But I've just noticed how the back looks!

Changed fingers, data changed. Anyone else?

I had to change the finger I wear my ring on. I went from left pointer finger to right (dominant hand) ring finger. Since the change my resting heart rate has been higher and hrv has been lower. Before the switch I also skipped wearing it for four days. The last date I wore it on my left hand was May 28.

Has anyone switched fingers and noticed a change to their data? Or should I consider other reasons my data has worsened? Nothing else has changed to my routine.

Would you disclose this in OLD profile, or after meeting, or neither?

Or just not date at all, at present. I (52f) have very little saved for retirement. I will, however, inherit a decent chunk (though I am aware I should not count on this, and it wasn't intentional). But probably not enough to retire in the US comfortably. I am (more than) okay with moving abroad, and fully intend to. I absolutely am not looking for someone to support me.

I am currently active in OLD. I'm wondering if I should just not date at this point. Or if I should state something in my profile. Or not state it in my profile, but bring it up early in a relationship.

ETA To be clear, I'm asking about mentioning the fact that I expect to retire abroad, rather than revealing my financial situation.
