Geothermal heat pump condenser turns off after reaching cooling temperature but won’t turn back on without a hard reset- pro has been unhelpful

Good morning! I moved into a condo with geothermal heat pumps in each unit (they’re about 22 years old and only 1 of 68 in the building has been replaced). The unit cools very efficiently and quickly. However, once it achieves the thermostat cooling temperature, the condenser turns off (as expected), and will not turn back on without a hard reset. I have to do this 5-6 times a day.

I’ve had 2 pros out and the issue hasn’t been resolved. They flushed the water lines with vinegar, cleaned the coil, changed the filter, cleaned the drain line, and monitored the pressure while cooling (it stayed in the correct range). None of this has stopped the issue. One pro says there’s probably a problem with the building system, but none of my neighbors are having this issue.

Is there any way to narrow down a possible cause based on the behavior of the unit, and by ruling out work that has already been completed? It’s my first time with a system like this and it’s very frustrating. I’d appreciate any insights you might have!

Need dining table advice for loft space!

I recently moved into a nice, big loft, and have held off on buying a dining table. We have a 12 ft x 13 ft space between the kitchen island and seating/living space. What size/shape of dining table would you use for this space? How would you orient it? And for bonus points, what style/material of table would you use in a timber loft? I’d appreciate any ideas 💕 the second and third photos are taken with a wide lens, making the space look smaller than it is. The measuring tape is extended to 90”.

Best magic DPS build?

I know they’re not considered exciting and are on the weaker side of the weapons, but I love the design and feeling of using magic weapons. I want to build magic for Cogah (solo), and want to know what the best choices for DPS are for a primary magic weapon.

Exceeding enemy defense is very important and can be hard to do, so this will probably be a heavy attack and rune-focused build.

- The Alder, Seathorn, or Silistavf?
- Which pact? I assume Tethren
- Which joinery and virtue distribution?
- Best tempers to shoot for?
- Totem set?
- Hollowing or Archstorm?

I really appreciate your thoughts! Help me kick cogah butt with a staff :)

Affordable ways to spruce up dated bathroom?

Excited to be buying a home with two bathrooms! We don’t have a big budget to redo one of the bathrooms, but I’d like to improve the vibes in it. Took this picture during my walkthrough (none of the decor is mine).

Does anyone have suggestions for how to revive/improve this dated space? Paint colors, hardware replacements, decor, light fixture? Would love the help of people with a better eye than me :) thanks so much.

Hello r/queerphilly! I wanted to mention that the Philly Bondage Club social is this Saturday at 254 from 4-7 pm. Tying is welcome and encouraged at this event. There will be demos and hands-on teaching for people who want to learn more about rope bondage.

All sexual orientations and gender expressions are welcomed. Please note that it’s on the second floor of the space (which lacks an elevator). The event is free to attend.

Leather/fetish gear is encouraged/cool to wear but not expected or necessary. The space is a low-pressure environment for people curious or enthusiastic about bondage to explore and network.

Let me know if you have any questions about this event and I’ll be happy to answer them.
