First day in Thailand, so I had to hit the 555lbs deadlift PR. 182lbs bodyweight.

Failed it once right before I hit this PR, but then I remembered Bugenhagen saying, “it’s a mindset.”

Bench 330lbs at 185bw. 7 years vegan. I don’t eat a lot of protein compared to people here. I’ve done two 100 mile ultramarathons in the past year.

500lbs x2 at 185lbs. Still haven’t figured out the slack pull.

I switched to deadlift bar from a stiff bar and my aggressive pulling style off the floor was throwing me off due to the deadlift bar’s whip. I think the secon rep got misgrooved due to attempted and failed slack pull. PR is 550 on a stiff bar in December at 10lbs lighter body weight. I think I can hit 600 within the next year or two. Open to advice.
