I am a 2025 batch pass-out from a Tier-3 college. I am currently working as a Production Supervisor, but I am much more interested in CAE/CAD roles. Should I pursue an M.Tech next year? If yes, which would be a good college in Maharashtra for an M.Tech with good placement opportunities?

I got selected as a CAD Engineer, and they are asking me to work for ₹5,000 per month for 3 months. After that, they will continue with me in a full-time role. I am currently working as a Production Engineer. Should I accept their offer or decline it?

I’m genuinely interested in building my career as a Design Engineer, but currently I’m working in a Production role. Given the current job market, I understand that getting a direct Design Engineer opportunity can be challenging. However, I don’t want to lose sight of my long-term goal.

Give me advice please

I need some advice from experienced professionals. I have been working in a small company for the last two months, but due to some personal reasons I need to leave the company without serving the notice period. What could be the possible consequences of leaving without completing the notice period?

I need your honest suggestion. I was interviewed at KPIT on 1 July, and the interview went well. The interviewer said that HR would get back to me. Do you think there is still a chance that I could be selected?

Someone gets it without trying and doesn't value it. Someone else prays for it every single day and still can't get the chance.

at least KPIT must send me rejection mail so I should be worried that I am not selected for that position

The biggest irony of interviews: The moment you walk out, you remember every perfect answer. The moment you're sitting in front of the interviewer, your brain says, "404: Answer not found."
