I’m never going back to Taco Bell

Not even because the food is bad. It’s actually pretty good, and is one of the last fast food places with decent pricing. It’s also very rare that I order out to begin with, so it sucks that I have to stop going because…

They mess up my order literally every single time!

There hasn’t been a single time I’ve gone that I haven’t had a fucked up order. This is true regardless of whether I order in, go through drive thru, or mobile order. It also happens across multiple locations, so I know it’s not the same staff messing with me.

This last time was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I actually had to return my order 3 times because they kept messing it up, despite being handed the receipt for reference. It wasn’t even correct the last time, either, but the cashier ended up giving me a refund anyway so I just left.

I’ve regret it each time I come back since they mess up even the simplest orders, then I end up waiting 20 minutes for “fast” food, so I’m just not going to return at all.

Experience with cipro?

I’d say I’m on the cusp of having recurrent UTIs (seems to be about once every six months). Usually it’s knocked out with a week of macrobid, but this time it resisted both macrobid (helped but it came back within days) and bactrim.

I was prescribed 500mg of cipro 4x a day, which I didn’t realize was a high dose until looking it up. I’ve also done quite a bit of doomscrolling and didn’t realize just how bad the side effects are (and how you can rupture your tendons months later?!).

On day 3 so far and it’s greatly helped the UTI and I’m having no side effects, but now I’m terrified. If you’ve been prescribed it, how did you do on cipro?

Have you ever seen someone on Reddit that you’re pretty sure you know IRL?

Had somewhat of an argument with someone online. Their prose was incredibly specific, and I immediately clocked it as being similar to how someone I know IRL talks.

I look at their profile, and lo and behold, we live in the same state and their active subreddits line up with their interests perfectly. Obviously I can only be like 80% sure, but it was so jarring and I’m kind of convinced lol.

Has this ever happened to anyone??

Auction concern — Buyee charging per bid placed?

Hey there, maybe this is a silly question, but I haven’t been able to find any helpful info on Google or the Buyee site (may be the translation being shoddy). It’s my first time bidding using this service.

Trying to bid on something from JP Yahoo Auctions. The first time Buyee charged me $6.50 to place the bid, so I shrugged it off as a temporary hold. I get outbid of course, and they then asked me to pay another $6.50.

Is this normal?? Willing to accept the first fee as my idiot tax, but I definitely can’t do such large fees for every bid lol.

Have you ever given someone less than 5 stars? If so, what for?

I’m more of a buyer than a seller. I mostly buy game merch and have had a pretty lucky experience so far (have ordered about 20 items), have never given a poor review.

Interested in hearing some stories though so I know what to avoid: have you guys ever given <5 stars? Curious about both the buyer and seller perspective.

Posts not appearing under “newest” in twitter hashtag

Any fix to this? Wanted to post some art, but it didn’t get any views. It doesn’t look like my account is shadowbanned, but it’s certainly not appearing under the new tab when I try to find it with an alt.

ETA: A site identified my account as “ghostbanned”… what now lol? Nothing else is off about my account.

Posts not showing up in hashtags

Anything I can do to fix it?

Started posting some art on a fresh account (not new, made in 2021) and the only way to get traction is to post it in the tags. Unfortunately it’s not showing up when I check on an alt.

From what I understand after having checked some test sites, I’m not shadowbanned nor restricted from search.

Shedding hair after starting iron supplements?

Does anyone else have this symptom?

I’ve had a history of pretty severe hair thinning (likely due to the anemia). I’ve been taking iron consistently for about a month now, but I’ve been noticing increased hair shedding where there wasn’t before. Mainly very small and fine hairs, but also some thicker hairs as well.

Has anyone else experienced this? Did it grow back? Any experiences much appreciated.

Shedding increasing after iron supplementing?

Not seeking medical advice btw, just looking for anyone with a similar experience since this is apparently an uncommon symptom.

I’ve been supplementing my iron daily for the past few weeks after finding out I’m anemic. Recently, I’ve been having a major shed, especially with fine and short baby hairs :/.

I’ve also been on minoxidil 1.25mg, but I’m now well into month 5, past the shedding phase.

Anyone have experience with this? Did your hair end up coming back? Much appreciated.

No progress 6 months on minoxidil

In fact, I think it’s gotten worse! Took an overhead pic with a ponytail (always an unwise choice), and feeling nothing but exhaustion noticing how bad the thinning has gotten on the top of my scalp and temples.

I believe the amount of shedding is also the same, but I’m losing a lot more baby hairs and very fine hairs. Just posting because I’ve heard that this is the mark where you start seeing lots of growth and progress, but seeing that $175 charge from Hers today just makes me want to scrap it all lmao.

Anyone have experience with this? Should I keep doing it anyway (keep it going for, what, 10 months? a year?). Advice appreciated.

ETA: on 1.25mg of minox, hesitant to increase it because I experienced dizziness when starting it.

The leak totally ruined the theatrical release

Yes, ruined. Was really looking forward to seeing it for the first time in theaters.

I’ll admit I thought it was kind of funny at the very start, and some of the leaked pics even got me hyped for the movie. But then the ending got leaked, then the full episode, and now the entire fandom is unfairly shitting on it and its creators. And it’s now virtually impossible to avoid spoilers.

Hopefully, Glitch takes legal action against the original leaker, but honestly I’m doubtful.

Genuinely curious, been here since 2023 and I wasn’t aware that they started implementing bans (more actively) until I saw one on the main sub a couple days ago.

Was it for public bots? Something said in private chats?

Much appreciated guys
