Internet Providers in Richmond

Hi I'm moving this month and wondering about people's experiences in Richmond with Rogers Xfinity internet and Telus PureFibre internet. Has anyone had any connection issues with either in Richmond? I'm in Bridgeport area. Thanks!

Edit:

Rogers is offering us $55/month for 1gb download, up to 200mb upload, unlimited data.

Telus is offering us $55/month for 500mb or $75/month for 1.5gb Purefibre

Thinking about going with Rogers for the price but concerned about any connection issues
