Update to scaffolding on the house

I just want to thank everyone for their input and advice.

After we declined to settle yesterday, they only removed the scaffolding facing the house and left the driveway one up. After we said not enough, they cut down a section of the side fence for us to have closer access! We definitely said no to that and they finally gave in today and they have removed all the scaffolding.

We also have had the lawyers write up document which the vendor has signed saying they won't block the driveway with scaffolding again.

Some of the builders were asking about how close the building was so I've added a couple photos.

Once we're all sorted, everyone is invited to the house warming! (*Just joking, this house is for my parents they will be very confused*)

Who to reserve? H2H final.

Not sure who to reserve, currently Cleary and Drinky are locked, the other two I'm unsure on. Thinking to do Grant since the spine is back together and it's Broncos, could be high scoring.

Valentines Manukau

My aunt is visiting from overseas and insisting we eat at Valentine's tonight. She hasn't been to a Valentine's in over 20 years and over 10 years since I've been to one, think the last time I went was on Dominion road.

Anything decent to try there? I'm guessing not but just in case there's some sort of hidden gem.

Insurance/Banking Financial Elder Abuse?

Looking for some advice on my in-laws insurance situation with ASB/AIA.

They currently have four separate standard life insurance policies costing $221.59 a week ($11,522 a year) for roughly $245k of total cover each. Going since 2006. They were previously told that two small $15k policies added in 2015 were specialized "funeral cover," but looking at the actual schedules, they are all just identical standard life insurances issued in tiny, highly inflated increments.

Because of this fragmentation, they’ve been paying multiple individual policy fees and massively marked-up premiums for years. I am about to lodge a formal complaint demanding a consolidation quote and a review of these sales practices.

Has anyone successfully disputed this type of behaviour before and what should I expect they would do about it? Should I take this straight to the Banking Ombudsman or see what they say first?

Atto 3 failed OTA update

So I got the update yesterday when I got home. Had my Tesla wall charger plugged and hit update. Said update will take 37mins. Got a notification on my app to say can't update while charging or discharging.UI is updated but it still says to uodate. Unplug the charger try again and now update says 9 mins. Same error. I leave it for half hour same error, leave overnight same error. Now my Tesla charger is blinking 3 red lights and won't charge, the charging speed varies between 0.0 and 1.0 kw.

Ive restarted the infotainment system and turned the Tesla charger off at the mains. Tried the update via the app and it's the same.

Have driven the car for a short journey and it's seems fine but I can't charge it.

Anyone had this?
