Type 54 and Woodsman

The Type 54 always impresses me with how well it shoots with its gritty slide and mushy mag insert. The Woodsman is sheer elegance

I think I got my RT5x PSX settings finally dialed in!

Used an emulator to match the colors. Which side do you think is the real one? Does it look good to you guys?

First ever batch of M2 Ball

I'm surprised how nicely IMR4895 meters considering it's fairly large extruded powder.. excited to see how she groups this weekend at the range.

AP5SD and handloaded 124gr subs

AP5SD+YHM R45+Holosun 407CX2. Beautiful accuracy at 25 yards, 100% reliable and movie quiet. Making 9mm on a single stage is tedious but the results are worth it. Almost passed out scouring the range for 9mm cases to make more. Was able to find 200x 9mm cases laying around. Found a bunch of .45AARP as well.

Start of DeLisle Project - $220

Won this sporterized No.4 MK1 for quite a low price of $220. I intend to make it into a DeLisle clone with my YHM R45 suppressor, but now I face a delemma. It looks to be in fantastic shape, and I would wager it could very easily be converted back into its original state with an original forend assembly. I already have a No.4 that is extremely sentimental to me. What do you think? Should I move forward with making this piece into a DeLisle?

The WW2 Rifles after a Ballistol Bath

Shot some corrosive ammo out of the K98k today and went down a cleaning hole that turned into an entire evening of polishing each one of my WW2 rifles. Pretty maids all in a row

Testing 124gr Handloads - AP5SD w/ YHM R45

Was out of 9mm, decided to make some 124gr subs using brass littered around the property from my FRT mag dumps. Used a single stage press and god damn was it tedious but well worth it, made 250. These things are movie quiet.

1816 Wickham Musket came in!!

I can't believe I got one of these rare pieces for 1500. Made around 1822 still with the original flintlock. It is stunningly beautiful

Diarrhea Dingo MKII

I was getting some pretty loud shots with my original 7.5 build even with the suppressor. Tried Lil' Gun and CFE BLK and still not getting the sound suppression I wanted, I replaced my original upper with a 10.5 to get a more complete powder burn with my favorite H110 loads. It turned out to be the right call, it is amazingly accurate and quiet as well. This was just at 25 yards. Getting 4-4:30 ejection with Springco Blue, H2 Buffer, and the YHM R45 Suppressor. I'm excited to reach out a little bit more next week and also test unsuppressed. 300BLK is a real joy of a cartridge to experiment with.

Exciting new (old) addition: Wickham 1816 Flintlock with New Jersey Militia Markings $1500

I've been on the hunt for an original Charleville variant in decent shape and for a decent price for a couple years now. I have finally found it. Everything is solid and that petina is just perfect. Beautiful old piece. Bore is dirty, but no evidence of pitting or damage. I think it will look very nice after some hoppes and a brass brush. Going to give the rest of the musket a good scrubbing for conservation sake, add it to my insurance policy, and shoot a couple of gallery loads out of it and clean it again. Then it will live out its retirement being admired on the mantle. Very excited about this piece!

Antique Musket Question

Very interested in buying this 1816 Springfield, however, I notice the end of the muzzle looks slightly bowed. Obviously I wouldn't shoot it very often, but I still like all the pieces in my collection to be in working order. I don't want to damage the value by sending it to Bobby Hoyt and having it sleeved and made symmetrical (as fantastic as he is). Pardon my ignorance, but is this common for barrel crowns or is there something going on here?

AP5SD at 25 Yards: PMC 147

Shooting tight as a tick! Especially with the Holosun 507c and UTG Pro Claw Mount. Iron sights and red dot are completely independent of each other in the sight picture which is nice
