Am I the asshole?

So I had a flat tire this morning and made an appointment for tomorrow at BMW. I made this appointment as a ‘just in case’ because I decided to go in today without an appointment because I’ve been to Lexus many times and had same day tire service without appointments with loaners absolutely no problem.

I went in and I was surprised with that I would have to leave it overnight for this tire replacement given my appointment is for tomorrow. I asked politely for a loaner if possible and I was given all types of snark and indifference and I asked for a manager. When they returned I offered to just go to a tire shop because I don’t want to take a loaner from someone who really needs it nor I see it necessary to leave overnight. They offered the loaner again so I just took it. Is this just a miscommunication on both parts? I just hate feeling Karen-y and I just asked for a loaner because two others before me got them. I could also have just stayed in the donut for 24 hours but they seemed set in me leaving the car there. Also making it known I’ve purchased three cars at this dealership last year all cash, I’m not expecting special deference but not being left with absolutely nothing.
