Issue: Only Front L/R works and audio quality is not that good. Sometimes the Front Center (on dash) gets turned ON and it's quite good. Seems wiring issue to me.

Hi guys,

I bought Avalon 2007 recently. It has android panel installed (ATOTO; the one with the buttons) and only the front (L & R) dash speakers are working. Sometimes the center speaker at dash also works. I checked on the back side of the android screen, there were wires labelled Rear R / L but they were cut. I don't know how to fix it on my own. I only want the front dash speakers (all of three) to work as I am not concerned with the rear ones. Although it seems wiring issue for the rear speakers as well.

Help or suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hi there,

I have Heisenberg's Hamiltonian for 2D AFM with asymmetry along diagonals so basically an altermagnet. I already applied Holstein Primakof Transformation (Linear in S) to it to get the Hamiltonian in creation/annihilation operators (in the momentum space).

Question 1: Is there any way i could verify my calculations using Mathematica/Python (symbolically)

Question 2: Now that I have Hamiltonian (quadratic part of it), I want to convert it to Bogoliubov-de-Gennes Hamiltonian in Nambu basis. Is there something which I need to change in my original Hamiltonian, or do i just write the matrix elements by comparing the operators?

Do I need to write Hamiltonian in k-space as average of itself & k---> -k ?

I am an international student with family (wife and 2 kids) in Nebraska and I am looking for a car. I don't know anything about the cars I just know how to drive it professionally. So I just want to buy a car that is solid and does not require daily basis maintenance. Most importantly it should be budget friendly. I won't mind if it's fuel thirsty because I live very close to the campus and will only be using it occasionally (for Dr. appointments, long rides Omaha-Lincoln-Colorado etc).

Many people recommended me Toyota camry/prius/sienna and Honda accord. But they seem more expesive than same category car, maybe because of hyped market.

Cuz experimental fields have more opportunities as compared to theory, especially in industry and applied research. Given that, what practical or transferable skills (beyond core theory) can help bridge this gap?

I’m thinking along the lines of programming, data analysis, collaboration with experimental groups, or exposure to real-world systems. But I’d really like to hear from people who’ve navigated this. What actually makes a difference?

I just joined a research group and have been attending group meetings, but honestly, I feel pretty lost most of the time. They discuss things which I don’t really understand yet, and it sometimes makes me question my own ability. Is this normal in the beginning, or is it a sign that I’m behind?
