i was new to posting on reddit at that time and for some reason, my social anxiety exists online…. so when i hit post, community guidelines removed it because i forgot to add “art by me” so naturally,, i didnt post it TwT
until now :b
before everything, im just sharing this cute (maybe a bit sad) thought i had while brushing my teeth. but just know that i cant even imagine leaving my baby like how pink did to spinel O_o.
for context, i have a reaaaaally really clingy cat (her name is luna). my room isnt exactly cat proofed (and my mum strongly discourages having her in the room) so im pretty hesitant to let her in. im often busy with my laptop or with going out so i barely get to spend time with her. she was originally adopted by my dad for me as a “depression pet” a few years ago (similar to how yellow gave spinel to pink in a way lol.) shes the sweetest girl and i could go on about how she’s my familiar, but thats another conversation.
whenever i leave her out the room or ignore her when she’s trying to get on my lap (which is all the damn time!), i feel like she’s spinel (in “drifting away”).. ACKKK its so sad but so cute at the same time.
i try to spend more time with her, and im working on it. but lwk, i could make a silly fanart about this.

first time ever receiving money for a commission. after YEARS and YEARS of posting on and off, trying to get commissions… i finally made it !! it was so unexpected because I haven’t posted art for a lil while because of pre-college anxiety hihi,, cuz of it, i saw their dm after a few hours >o<
i was sooooo excited when they gave me references,, made me realize that they were fr and its ACTUALLY happening. its not my first time drawing for people. i would only take requests, and if i did get paid,, its only pocket money or…. robux O_o (im not really a roblox player.) but what i do know is that i LOOOOVE drawing for people.
dont get me wrong, i loooove art by its self,, its been a hobby of mine since i was a kid ! but when i draw for a project that involves other people (or sumth like that), i feel like its my profession… and id be lying if i said i didnt want art to be my job !! >w<
i just want to share this experience because it genuinely felt so good to finally receive something from a craft ive practiced with care for sooooo long. i hope hope HOOOOPE it snowballs somehow !

ignore the finger in my mouth.. 18m and theres a flab of tissue near my uvula. ive checked it and its soooo loosely attached (it looks firmly attached to the roof if my mouth but its not). i only noticed it today but i’ve been feeling a bit of whatever on my throat for about 2 days maybe? it doesn’t even hurt, its just itchy because whenever i breath in and out, it scratches my throat (thats how loosely attached it is). will it fall eventually? what should i do?

my bf made me play rimworld cuz of a massive art block. safe to say im addicted. anyways, here’s my baby, Venus. i have her in a one colonist world and so i decided to make an oc out of her.
a few days ago i made a post here, asking what type of spell should i look into to receive good news regarding my college applications—specifically one that’s about to come out. tbh, i gave up on doing a spell before hand.
my boyfriend and i were in VC that night, waiting for the results. he paused the show to tell me “results in 30 minutes.” and my heart SANK. i was so close to spiraling when my bf said “quick, babe! do a quick spell!” and im telling you, that moment i felt so… GGRRGRGRGR.. thats the best way to describe it.
“okay! give me a moment.” i slurred before i went on mute.
ooohh man i was panicking. i didnt have ingredients at all, neither did i know any “proper” spells (as a beginner witch). so i did the only spell i knew: a banishing spell. i tried to light my candle as this spell involved fire. IT WASNT LIGHTING. i simply gave up and let the candle retire. i quickly came up with an alternative—which was simply using a lighter to use it’s fire. i then proceeded to recite the chant in a language i made while gesturing with my wand at the burning item. once i was done… i felt… unfulfilled. i knew that i wasnt done. i felt the need to do another spell.
after a little pause, i decided to take the limited amount of knowledge i had and hurried to the kitchen. i gathered materials all the materials i needed, and made a spell there and then.
a few moments later, my bf and i continued to wait for the results.. and what do you know… i passed.
im sure theres other factors that played into this—most notably my academic effort, but i just feel so… i guess spiritual about what happened. i know the spell did something, i can feel it.

I’ve been interested in witchcraft for longer than i’ve actually began learning and practicing it. I finally took it upon myself to begin my practice of the craft. Along with many things, I’m struggling to know how to cleanse, exactly. I’m young so I don’t particularly have access to tools. All I have is my prior knowledge and passion (uwu). Recently I bought a candle, and I would like to cleanse it before using it for anything! The problem is, I’m not sure how to…
I discovered sound cleansing which is where you use vibrations to cleanse. I found that it’s usually done with a bell, a singing bowl, or by just clapping. However, I feel drawn to using my Kalimba to cleanse. Making a specific song meant for cleansing also came across my mind (maybe these songs can function as spells..?). I’m quite passionate with music so I figured that maybe that could add more value to it? I’m just not sure if that method can be used!!
I need opinions or answers!!
