We're happy to announce the 4th annual Springfield Vegan Chef Challenge returns this October! We're excited to see the creative vegan dishes chefs offer this year, and we're hoping to feature new local chefs too. What local chefs do you want to see on the lineup for 2026?

Restaurants, food trucks, and pop-up chefs excited to take on the challenge of offering 1-3 new vegan dishes at their location can register on our website starting later this month.

We're thrilled to bring the Rockford Vegan Chef Challenge back for its 3rd year! Everyone's invited to try new and creative vegan dishes offered by local chefs at their restaurants and food trucks this month. This event's for everyone too - we receive hundreds of votes each year from non-vegans. Who wouldn't love a Peanut Butter Oreo Parfait that happens to be gluten free and vegan from Dairyhaus Homemade Ice Cream?
