Is everyone at Miele Customer Service always rude?

I love my Miele Washer and Dryer and every time I call them for legitimate issues they are so rude and trained to either say no or not help at all even when you have a legitimate issue.

I even spoke with supervisors and the tone of voice they use is very unprofessional and rude and that’s more than one of them I’ve spoken to.

I wonder if Bosch is this way with their customers?

I don’t know if I’m here to vent just quite frustrated with how they handle their customers. Makes me not purchase from them anymore and get another brand.

Miele T1 Dryer - End of Cycle Question?

Hi all, I just got my Miele T1 dryer replaced under warranty since my old one wasn't working properly. I have a question about a difference I've noticed.

My previous Miele T1 (which I had for 3 years) would beep at the end of the cycle, then continue running for about 10 more minutes before fully shutting off.

My new Miele T1 just stops at the end of the cycle without doing that extra 10-minute run.

Does anyone know if Miele changed how this works on newer models, or could there be an issue with my new machine? Thanks in advance!

Magventure or Brainsway?

Hi I am hoping I can get some advice, thoughts, or experience. I suffer from Depression, Anxiety, OCD. I am planning on getting TMS therapy, and I have a choice between Magventure or Brainsway. I am doing research online and its truly hard to decide. If anyone can give me some thoughts would be great. Thank you

Hello,

I’m looking for some advice. I have intense OCD/anxiety around bed bugs, even though I have never personally had them. A family member had them many years ago, and I think that may have triggered this fear.

Since then, I constantly worry that I’m going to get bed bugs. It has been getting worse. Whenever someone visits, I feel the need to thoroughly check their suitcase with a flashlight. I also order a lot online, and every time I get a package, I inspect the box multiple times.

For example, I recently ordered some clothes. After it arrived, I checked the box several times, then tied the clothes inside three plastic bags until I could wash them. Part of me knows the risk is probably low — but knowing that doesn't seem to help in the moment.

I know this is probably excessive, but the fear feels very real in the moment. I’m not sure how to handle it anymore.

Has anyone dealt with this kind of OCD fear before? Any advice would be appreciated.

Hello all, I'm hoping to get some much-needed advice.

My Miele dryer was diagnosed as unrepairable, so Miele arranged a replacement. They shipped the new unit to a contracted local installer they say is reliable and they've used before.

The installer doesn't answer their phone. When a representative finally answered, he gave me an install date, then changed it the next day to two weeks later. When I asked why the original date couldn't work, he started screaming at me on the phone.

I tried reaching my assigned Miele representative afterward. I left three messages and she has not returned any of my calls.

I'm now uncomfortable with the situation and not sure what to do — accept the later date, push for a supervisor, or try to get a different installer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Also, does anyone have advice on how to reach a higher-up representative in Miele's warranty department or file a complaint that actually gets attention so I can get this resolved?

Thank you
