I'm unsure if this has been covered here previously, but a show that I record from a TVE channel (Mon.-Fri.) using a pass that I created many months ago suddenly disappeared today!

I noticed that the show didn't record. My initial reaction was "Oh, no, they stole yet another channel from me!"....but that wasn't the case (fortunately). It had recorded yesterday and then chose not to today (out of the blue)! I checked my list of passes. It vanished from there as well. Weird!

I created a new pass (identical to the original one), and it seems to be OK (time will tell). Has anyone else here encountered this bizarre situation?

They're playing the usual "limited time only" game again! If an item is truly that popular, do you not get the simple (basic common-sense) idea that leaving it on the menu permanently is more profitable for you in the long run?

Newsflash, KFC!....this isn't an experiment. It's a high-demand item. Do you also not realize that playing this game generates negative publicity for the brand?....along with the price being too high? Please come to your senses (if that's even possible)!

There's no justification for discontinuing it again! All of the ingredients are already present. I've been boycotting Taco Bell completely since early this year, due to the games being played by far too many Taco Bell franchises....less ingredients used, sloppy preparation, and ever-increasing prices (for shrunken items) were the (justified) catalysts!

I couldn't resist (after seeing certain photos posted on this subreddit), so I gave into temptation....BUT, I showed them a photo and said "I want mine made exactly like this!". They obliged, and now I'm hooked! I won't order anything else, I'll always show them the photo, and if they discontinue the Enchirito again (on 7/22), my complete boycott continues!

I have Channels DVR set up in two rooms. Both are using GoogleTV streamers. Everything lines up in both rooms. Latest versions/updates on both streaming devices and the most recent versions of Channels. There are no differences whatsoever.

In the primary room, I recently noticed that, when I stop playback of a show and return to it later on, instead of it resuming from the previous point automatically and displaying the "start from beginning" option (on the lower right side of the screen), there's now a new screen that displays two options...."Resume Playing" or "Start From Beginning". I consider this an improvement, and I'm confused as to why it wasn't implemented a long time ago?

However....in the other room, there's been no change. It continues to resume playback from the previous point automatically and continues to display the original "Start From Beginning" on the screen.

Why wouldn't this change have been implemented on both (exact same) streaming devices? I would prefer to have the new option in the other room. In my estimation, there's no reason for any differences between the two devices. Everything should be identical. Any ideas on how this can be resolved? Thanks in advance!

It certainly took them long enough!....These mediocre "offers" have been basically useless (for way too long)! They've been offering customers next to nothing and forcing you to spend more (than previously) to get the discounts. Someone must have had an epiphany at Wendy's corporate (and decided that their stinginess was causing lost business)!

Hopefully, this won't be the only REAL offer that they bring back....but I'm not holding my breath!

I'm not seeing any posts (at least not yet) regarding this craziness....For approx. a week, everything that I record from Pluto TV is badly corrupted! The run time (once the recording completes) is random and can be insanely lengthy (a 60-minute show can indicate hundreds or even well over 1000 minutes), and there's either a blank screen, the video freezes intermittently and there's never any audio accompanying the video! Recordings are absolutely unwatchable!

Watching Pluto TV live via Channels is problematic as well, as the video suddenly freezes, forcing you to exit and access it again. There can also be intermittent loss of audio. Once a commercial break occurs, the same set of problems can reoccur. The same shows viewed via the Pluto TV app seem perfectly fine.

Are they somehow sabotaging the ability to record (or even watch without issues) via Channels?....I waited several days to post this, in the hopes that it would be resolved, but it's not. It's ongoing and consistent. I'm not experiencing these/other issues with my other sources (OTA via an HDHR tuner and TVE). Any ideas? This is becoming more frustrating by the day!

FYI....I'm using a mini-PC/Windows 11 Pro and the Bobby Vaughn Windows option (which has worked flawlessly for quite some time). Major kudos for providing this! Along with all of the help and patience during the initial setup and beyond!...and major kudos to this community as well!

....but at least the McCartney rumors were absolutely true (including a performance to end the show).

EDIT....For those who recorded the finale, it went long (by 17 minutes, the same as the Letterman finale), and it was the best part of the show, including some impressive special effects, an interesting collab with Colbert, Elvis Costello and Jon Batiste, and McCartney (with all who performed previously) closes the show with "Hello, Goodbye". The full show is available on Paramount+ and the free CBS app.

Today's big, exciting "drop" is a ridiculous set of useless coasters!....which likely cost them $1....and yet they can only spare 350 of them! What a joke!....Good luck, everybody!🙄
