Masterbuilt Cold Smoke attachment failure.
So when I bought this attachment many reviews mentioned that the coating on the inside would bubble up. So that exactly what it did and that was it and I have using this almost 2 years. But yesterday I cooked 2 chickens and was short on time and I turned the temp all the way to 275 and this happens, is thing toast or it Creosote and it just needs to be removed?

Favorite non traditional smoking foods??
I have been in the game for a few years now and have smoked all the normal meats(brisket, prime rib, meatballs), poultry (wings, whole chickens), pork (ribs, pork loin, pulled pork, bacon), sides (Mac and cheese, cream cheese, cheezits, queso, bacon wrapped japs). Looking for a few new favorites outside the list above, can any one make a recommendation?
