Need to start investing

I am a 26 year old doctor, graduated a year ago, unmarried. Just now starting a job.

I get about 55k a month. 15k goes to the car EMI, among the rest of the money, I can save about 15000 consistently per month. I am planning to start investing that amount, but the problem is I don't know where to invest. Planning for a marriage in a year or two, that's the only major expense in the near future, apart from that I don't have any much expenses. As for the food, clothing, stays, fuel expense and other essential expenses are taken care of.

Planning for a long term investment, will be trying to increase at least 10% every year.

So where should I start my investment, how to analyse the returns of my investment, how to identify a risky business and how to recover from loss (if at all anything major happens)

How should I diversify my investment? Are there's any resources from which I can learn as a beginner. (Please don't say chatgpt, gemini or claude. They surely help, but I need a human touch to it, like YouTube videos, books, articles, a place where I can update myself daily)

Planning to start a coffee business

Hello everyone.

I am from TN. I am planning to start a coffee business. Instead of owning a cafe I am planning on only selling coffee beans and powders. Instead of investing in own roasting machine I am planning on using machine from other roasters (from a nearby town)

I have sourced beans also. So right now, I have beans and roasters. Will soon make packing materials and fssai certification.

But I am stuck now. I don't know if I am missing anything.

For the background, I have a saree boutique, running good. Not so good and not so bad, just enough to meet the needs.

The initial target population would be the walk in customers that I get in my saree boutique. And the online customers, who are also from my boutique.

So, I have beans, a roaster, package, and a initial customer base. But somewhere in this flowchart i think there's some mistake. I don't know what's that.

Anyone from here, who are from this line of business, kindly guide me.

Should I need to do influencer marketing? Or run a mini cafe? Or should I need to make any changes? How to market it?

With congress splitting from DMK alliance and supporting TVK. ADMK demanding CM position (Don't know if it's a rumor or not) and congress demanding not to involve BJP alliance parties. What exactly might happen next and what could be the stand in INDIA alliance?

I have an Seiko 7a38-7190 but recently the chronograph functions are not working. When I asked for repair I was told that the parts are discontinued. The time, day date functions are working good but only the chronograph function is lost. Where can I find parts / movement replacement
