She used to live with a male budgie. They were together for 5 years and they never tried to mate nor did she ever lay eggs. I thought it was because they didn’t have a nest thing to do that.

In our department, no one interacts with anyone and if we talk to each other about work, it’s all over the computer even if they are in the next office. Like what’s the fucking point of forcing us back into the office?? And we worked faster and more efficiently from home. There’s a lot of down time where the employees are just doomscrolling or watching shit. Is it a power thing? I really don’t fucking understand it.
