I took note of the heat point she used on the comal. I should have this. It always fails. The next day they are like crackers....LOL and SMH. My baking powder is fine.
The soft taco is cheaper and better than the meximelt.

Went today after very long time for breakfast. 2 lines merged into 1 and it went downhill from there. Guy if front of me knew a crew member. He hung out the window doing multiple hand shakes with the driver and the rapped while the line backed up. Wasnt greeted or thanked at the window and they left out all the ordered condiments, utensils and cream and sweetener for the coffee. The chicken in the bowl was sweet and the egg was tasteless, the only flavor was cheddar cheese. Chicken sandwich was completely tasteless and the tots were soggy of grease and sour/bitter tasting. Now I know why I stopped going in the first place. Seriously, what's the draw of this place?
2 bean burritos + beef with 3 sides of sauce which are free.. It's almost 2x as big as the actual one. I re-used the tray cause I like the sauce to pool on the sides as opposed to it spreading out on a plate. I used my own cheese. So much more filling cause it has more beans and tortilla and it costs about a buck less according to my TB prices. If I want an "Enchirito" from now on I'll make it this way and its available all 365 days.
Anybody notice a change in the recipe as in it lacks a bit of flavor now overall? I haven't had them in a couple years and I just had some yesterday and I noticed that right off, is it just me?
