Ok, so just as a disclaimer, I have adhd and so does my husband. Daughter has not been tested yet because she is 2 and a half but I am already noticing the signs. Her coordination is a little off and I am thinking about putting her in gymnastics for muscle development. My grandmother is pushing for dance. Either way! Ok, so I have come under a huge amount of stress and my migraines are having me miss around two days a week. The migraines are hemiplegic. I am the only person providing a living in my household and now I am worried about the long term. Are we having long term disability insurance? Saving for a migraines fund? Rely on debt? On baby step two. I am the provider for my household. I make $58,000 a year before taxes. I love my job but I have started to have medical issues. I don't have insurance and my child is covered by the state.
What is happening is neurological and is starting to affect my job. They are hemiplegic migraines. What do I need to protect myself if I can't work?
