Amature bike mechanic here. I inherited an 80's single steel road bike. It makes a clicking noise when pedaling. I took out the sealed cartridge BB, cleaned and greased all threads. It spins well. Tightened chaining bolts, lubed chain and swapped out pedals. It still makes a clicking noise when pedaling. I'm thinking maybe it's the freewheel. Do they click when worn out? Any help is appreciated
