Bula. Has anyone had issues with Booking com changing/increasing price of accommodation after booking? I keep checking my bookings and the price has increased by a few dollars steadily. Accommodation was booked at 3 different places about 2 months ago. We don't leave for Fiji until mid July so I'm a bit worried about the increase.

Traffic this morning on the Southern heading north was brutal! A trip that normally takes us around 40 minutes took nearly two hours longer because of a crash at Te Irirangi that was cleared well before we got near and it ended up affecting our whole day.

School drop-offs were delayed, work was delayed, and I had to stay back late to make up time. I guess thousands of others must have been in the same boat but man it's freaking annoying threw our whole day out.

It got me wondering: what are the most common reasons people end up in crashes on Auckland roads and motorways? If the crashee/er is reading this, what tf happened?

My birthday is coming up (July) so I'm wanting to sign up to as many places as possible to get freebies on my birthday!

But has anyone stayed at Naviti Resort recently? If so how was your stay, room, food, etc.

We're doing 4 nights at Beachouse then want to stay another 3 somewhere else then one night in Nadi before flying home.

Also wanting to know if there's a bus that runs from the airport to Korolevu?

Our tabby kitten is almost 6 months and bites everything. She has been fond of a soft toy today and I noticed some red marks after she was play fighting with it. Should we be worried? Is this a sign of teething?

Has anyone stayed at the Beachouse recently? If so could you share about your experience, good or bad please? Will be in Fiji mid July and have reserved some dates there. Then would like to stay somewhere else for a few nights (4 nights at Beachouse, 4 nights elsewhere). Would love to hear from anyone. Vinaka

I received this text response from a real estate agent. She was going to come around tomorrow for an appraisal, however I texted that tomorrow didn't work anymore, and that they could come around the following day instead for the appraisal.

"Hi xx

That is fine but I really wanted to meet before Friday and wanted to meet both you and xx, honestly We at (real estate agency) has so many 3 bedroom property buyers I was going to ask tomorrow for your authorization in writing to bring the buyers through from Friday at 3pm.

All our 3 bedrooms properties are under contract and so many more buyers, we could get you a good competitive price if we get the listing straight away, no competition at this stage for your property in our agency."

Firstly, I didn't agree to anybody else coming, just the agent. My house isn't ready for buyers to come and have a nosey 🥲 are they being pushy or are real estate agents normally like this.
