Contrary to some of the things I've read on here, purchasing a property at 95% LTV was great over renting

- Single bed PCM in my area has gone up to £2k+

- Even with a 5.6% interest rate, mortgage + bills was less

- I've added £20k in as overpayment, revalue added £5k+ over two years

- Now I'm at 88% LTV, at 4.7%; able to trend down to 75% in two years, if I keep up my current earnings.

I'm realising people WHO DON'T RENT, have no idea how insanely bad it is right now. Getting on the Property Ladder feels like the minimum to create some stability.
