Does anyone else have a distinct memory where they were when OCD hit them in life, almost as in flipping a switch?

I have a very clear memory of being 9 years old when I felt like my OCD quite literally began in an instant. I was in my mom’s bathtub in her room watching something on her tv that I angled towards the tub, when I got the INTENSE feeling of impending doom. The worst feeling I’d ever felt in my entire life, just horrendous guilt. The thing I felt so horrible about was watching clips from the Chucky movie on YouTube. I have always been really into scary stuff and had briefly explored on YouTube, but I suddenly felt so horrible that the clips that I had seen had inappropriate concepts / curse words. I literally felt so intensely anxious and guilty instantly.

I think I tried to sit with it for a few days but I had this intense urge to confess that I had seen this chucky clips to my mom. Eventually I couldn’t handle it and I confessed to both my parents sobbing like three days later. Ever since then it’s been a battle, now I am 20 and my OCD has shifted to many different themes throughout the years and I think I handle it better now. But I remember that moment so vividly. Like a literally switch went off in my brain. I no longer was a carefree child and felt like a slave to my own brain.

Just wondering if anyone else has something similar to this experience? Like a distinct memory of the moment that your OCD hit them like a truck?

This is my elephant jellycat I sleep with every night. I noticed these dots on him probably a year ago, but I feel like more have maybe shown up since then? I have no clue what it would be from. They’re like a light brown color which made me think maybe could be blood? But I never get nosebleeds and I don’t recall ever waking up seeing any evidence of having one. I’m not sure if it could be related but I do smoke weed in bed with him in close proximity but I haven’t noticed any of the dots on anything else in my bed. Does anyone know what these could be from?

Stoner though

Stoner thought* 🤦‍♀️

High asf smoking out my window wondering if I’m having an original thought. Do yall ever blow a fat cloud out of your window and lowkey wish you could see a map of every exhale of weed smoke nearby / literally in the whole US? Idk if this sounds crazy but like I just which I could see a map that specifically highlighted the exhalation of weed smoke.

I might just be high as hell

Guilt

Struggled with Ana since a was like 13? I’m 20 now and im trying my best to recover and accept myself. The thing is that I don’t have a huge problem with the way I actually look, but if I want to give in and let myself eat something unhealthy like fast food once in awhile, I find myself feeling really guilty and just feeling so bad. It’s not like im eating so much of it that my health is effected, im talking fast food like twice a month. But when i give in a feel so guilty. Idk if im looking for advice on how to allow myself to enjoy unhealthy food without feeling like a bad person. Idk if that sounds crazy but I also have ocd which doesn’t combine well with my food issues lol

New era choreography vs OG choreography

*Disclaimer I’m not a dancer so I don’t actually know too much about choreography outside of an obsession with watching dance moms 😭

I just started watching the new era after years of not giving it a chance, and so far the dances have honestly blown my mind. Like every dance I’ve seen so far the choreography is just so good. Idk if this is because it’s extra cinematic with the slow mos, or if glo choreographed for every kid to show their talent rather than abby just pushing maddie as the ‘most talented’ in every dance, but the new era dances are so cool to watch
