Normally this doesn't happen, but my sim invited 3 sims over. He greeted them but they never moved. I had meals out and typically that's where they go straight at. But they didn't move at all until they got bored and left. I tried interacting with them but they still wouldn't move.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Ever since I was a kid I've noticed that they ALWAYS fall out of love whenever you see them in public/invited over. I've watched many people play and the same thing always happens.
Is this coded in the game, or is it just their personalities? I'm always so curious why this happens.
It seems no matter what I do, the parties I host always get the mime. I have lots of fun related objects but sims barely use them. Or if they do use them, the mime still shows up.
I make sure to have lots of food and bathroom available as well.
What am I missing?

Went to a club during pride. At that point I was a month free without weed, and was on the phone in the bathroom talking about it. (It was too loud to call elsewhere)
“Yeah I’m about a month smoke free. Going to be fun when I smoke again.” I said. As I’m planning on visiting my brother and that was one of our plans.
Suddenly a drunk dude said to me as he was leaving “Good for you dude! I could never.”
Honestly it made me feel good about myself in a weird way.
BEFORE I BEGIN: I used to love her content. She was on my daily watch list, and genuinely adored her cosplays. Don’t get me wrong, she’s extremely talented. I just hate her behavior. For those who don’t know; she’s a talented cosplayer and cosplay judge. (Now being banned from judging from multiple cons due to her behavior)

• had multiple fits about being told not to record something. This includes private cosplay judging, in the artist alley, by an artist directly, etc.
• add above, she recorded in the cosplay judging room as a judge. This is not open to the public. Which is a big no no. Multiple people came out saying they never consented.
• add from above, an artist told her to not record the products. She made a whole large chunk of her video complaining about it, and having to re-approach the vender begging to record. Then got annoyed the artist had valid reasons to deny recording. Full blown name and shaming the artist under the guise of “support them pls”
• complains about things out of cons control, framing it as their fault. basically just shit talks everything to get the most amount of views.
• has a weird ego about how she’s the pinnacle of cosplaying judging. Claiming she’s the funnel for making new cosplayers enter the scene.
There’s so much. It just sucks one of my favorite cosplayers started showing her true nature.
I pull around 4/5 times a day. Unless I’m really bored at work much more.
