computer probs

im not understanding what i am doing wrong 😭 i got my flash drive, plugged it into a different laptop to download my wifi drivers from the asus website (my motherboard is an ASUS Prime B550M-A WiFi II AMD Micro ATX Motherboard with PCIe 4.0, WiFi 6, ECC Memory, HDMI 2.1, RGB Header ). then i unzipped the file while still on that laptop because the first time i tried i forgot to unzip it and it wouldnt let me unzip them on my pc so i had to go back and retry. after i unzipped those files i brought the flash drive back to my pc and tried to run the exe/application, it gave me the option for it to make changed to my device and i chose yes. nothing followed so i restarted and im still in the same spot. i don’t want to pay another $100 for a simple problem i can fix myself if i learn how to. i struggle with this tho😭

aquarium parameters + plants question

if i have excess nitrates in a fully/50% planted tank (working on it being fully planted, pic is the tank), does that mean my plants aren’t getting enough light to use it all? or should i take a day break on feeding to give the plants time to absorb the nitrates… lmk!! <3

freshwater neo shrimp

i started with 7 cherry shrimp in my 10 gallon, its been a very healthy colony since then, tons of babies and they are all healthy, no deaths besides my betta eating 1 every now and then. i added some from my 10 gal to my 20 gal a few months ago. everything was smooth, but i added 4 new shrimp about a week to a week and a half ago. since then, the 2 yellow neo and 1 orange neo from the 4 have died, and the last one (cherry rili neo) is pregnant and still kicking. for the last 4 days, each day i have found 1 dead cherry shrimp. idk if its because of those new guys getting my healthy shrimp sick or what. heres my water parameters; i know my GH is getting high, ive been doing slight water changes with distilled water to lower..

PH: 7.8
amm: 0
nitri: 0
nitra: 10
GH: 17…..
KH: 6

this goldfish has developed some white spots on its tail, as well as some internal bleeding? on its stomach area. me and my mom were thinking swim bladder along with something else as swim bladder was something we figured out this fish had a few months ago. what do you think is the best option to help out this goldfish? would euthanizing be the most humane if this goldfish has to suffer with swim bladder and whatever unknown disease this is? id 100% rather treat this goldfish rather than putting it to rest. please help!
