Which of these two PCs would be best for video editing? #cpgeneral
Intel i7-14700F 2.1GHz, GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB
or
AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 2024 - AMD Radeon RX 7700 16GB

I just tried to replace one of my two monitors. The new monitor was not detected. I restarted PC and it booted fine but new monitor was not detected. I shut down PC, and now I can't get it to turn back on. The cooler light flashes and the fans start to spin but instantly stop. I have unplugged all the peripherals. I unplugged the GPU.
Here is a video:
I saw a post with similar symptoms and they ended up replacing the CPU. I've never done that. Can someone give me some ideas of a CPU to use, etc.? I'm starting to wonder if I'll just have to buy a new machine since I'm not experienced with replacing components. (I did replace the CPU cooler a couple years ago, and that was very stressful)
Every guest over 2 is an extra $10 per night. They booked for 4 guests, but only ended up as 2. I thought it would be nice to refund the fees. Should I change the reservation or just give them the refund amount? Does changing the reservation automatically give them a refund?
Can someone give some descriptions about these sections? Are sightlines good for all of them? Is the "mezz" a GA section behind the semi-circle booths?
Some seating charts have "Balcony 2" and "Balcony 3", but my ticket options are just "Upper Deck L" and "Upper Deck R" described as "standing-room box above the side of the dance floor" (I think I see them in some photos). Does that mean the center balcony is included in GA?
I realize that some people like being up front, some like chilling in the balcony, and it depends on the music. I'm just wanting info about these options in this particular venue. Like, is the balcony steep enough for most people to have a good view? Or is the front of the balcony the best part by far?
I work from home at a computer in my basement. I have a pen area beside me for the new puppy so he doesn't wander out of sight. I try to take the puppy out every 15 minutes. He usually pees/poops outside, but once a day or so goes inside (and I clean thoroughly with enzymatic cleaner). I got puppy pads to cover the floor just for cleanup purposes (edit: they cover the whole pen area). He has peed on them a couple times (I always take him outside immediately and replace the pad with a clean one).
So, I'm not trying to train him to pee on the pads - I'm just using them for accidents until he's fully house trained and capable of holding it longer. Again, he does his business outside 90% of the time.
Any issues with this or suggestions?
Edit: I think the main answer is to be sure the pads don't have hormones/pheromones that encourage peeing. Otherwise, as long as I'm taking the puppy out often and trying to catch him before he pees, then pads (without attractants) don't cause any harm. We've only had him a few days - I doubt it will be an issue for long. I've had multiple puppies and never used pads - they all learned to go outside very quickly - I was just curious if this was a possible use case.

I assume it's when the Quiet Hours start and stop? But why would it say "check in"?
Edit: I'm pretty sure Airbnb has incorrectly labeled the Quiet Hours times section as "check in start". Whatever I select there ends up simply under "Quiet Hours" as seen here: https://i.imgur.com/JJJDQq6.png
That has nothing to do with check in. The settings should say "quiet hours start time" instead.
I'm a co-host. My mom is the main host. I just noticed that the quick replies I set to be scheduled don't show up as scheduled in my mom's messages.
How do automated/scheduled quick replies work for co-hosts? Are my mom's quick replies and mine totally separate? Do my scheduled quick replies go to all listings I'm associated with?
