hey there! neurodivergent lgbtq+ gal from The Netherlands looking for someone to talk to about anything, really. I love gaming (bonus points if we have some in common) and music (mostly rock/metal but Taylor Swift is definitely gonna be on my spotify wrapped), and as my friend you can opt in to receive a daily dose of cat pics and/or memes! I first submitted one a week ago regarding the realm I paid for continuing to say expired. I've sent proof of purchase when they asked for it. then a day or 2 ago I sent in another ticket, did the same, no response at all. Just wondering if others are getting responses to their tickets

don't know why I had to tag this with edition and not discussion btw since it's a question about their support ticket system

edited to add that I play on switch per the auto comment but once again it's about getting no response to a support ticket.

I have some ideas myself but I wanna allow yall to think of something yourself without my names somehow influencing it :)
