To be honest, I used to enjoy his character a lot I think he is very well written, but this fandom made me hate talking about him. People either expect you to completely worship him, or hate him with a burning passion and pray for his death.

When I dare say something not positive about him, even though I'm talking about the character in itself and not its writing, I have people coming at me and calling me a bitch for it, but it didn't happen only to me. Some of his fans dismiss any critic as "victim blaming" or "you don't get his character".

The same happens with his haters, they often resort to ad hominem attacks and try to frame his fans are rape apologist or child neglect apologist just because they like him.

I think these kind of behaviour are very childish, adults shouldn't accuse real people of heinous crime just because they like or dislike a fictional owl. I wish people would see that he is not a one note character and enjoy his complexity.

I'd personally go with Vaggi and Octavia. Vaggi is especially easy to wear casually bc it's easy to find a red bow, a black skirt and a red shirt in basic stores. For Octavia I just wear her cosplay to school because she's my fav (without the wig ofc)

Don't get me wrong, it makes me uncomfortable as well when people ship a lesbian with a gay mean bc I do feel like it's queer erasure, BUT idk, I just block or mute when it bothers me too much. As a showrunner, if she says it's wrong and that people

should not do that, it'll definitely bring a lot of harassment onto them and she'd be stoned for that even more.
