Have you experienced background checking with HireRight where they requested endless follow-up documents from you?

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask how were your experiences with background checking with HireRight?

I checked this sub-reddit and others but it seems not much recent data is available about them.

For context, I signed a job offer 2 weeks ago and started my background checked which I fully support/cooperated because I think a great way to build trust with your employer.

However, it was very frustrating to do comply the background checking with HireRight because they will ask endless documents from you even if you have already given all your info and documents available.

Example #1 is Educational Background, I submitted my diploma, TOR, stamp Univ Certificate and Univ website (with all contact info), ~~~ BUT, they still asked for the Address, report card, and contact info.

Example #2 is Employment History, I submitted my payslips, COE, 2316, SSS employer contribution history and Company website (with all contact info), ~~~ BUT, they still asked for the Address, and contact info.

Why does it feel like I'm doing all of the research and background checking when it was their job in the first place to proactively verify my all info? Imagine they are raking in huge $$$ globally.

Should I send them Gkassss as I think I did 90% of their background checking for them? 😂😂😂

Hi, I previously posted about being so small after my final interview and thankfully was offered the job ☺️
HR called me saying that I passed and asked if I want to accept their Job Offer which I did during the call so I imagined that everything was smooth sailing from here.

Oh boy, was I wrong because when I got the offer email I immediately noticed the disclaimer in the Docusign that it was "not a formal employment agreement" but was an intention offer only.
I just wanted to share and ask has anyone experienced the same? How was it?

Hi, I extensively prepared for 2 weeks before my final interview today. Unfortunately, I still made incorrect answers during the interview which I know I normally get right in my work.

I already finished the HR (compensation Qs, Manager (behavioral Qs) and Specialist interview (Technical Qs).
I think my brain glitched 😂earlier today because of how shocked I was when the final interviewers bombarded me with intense TECHNICAL questions because I'm used to getting behavioral/culture questions for final interviews.

How was your experience?
