Im an mdcat aspirant and a female, due to mdcat juvenile policy I had to get my smart card, mind u I'm about to turn 17 in 4 months, and this data entry operator verbally harassed me

Before this, I was with another data entry operator and he was very professional asked me relevant details and stuff, but due to a mishap my token expired and now I had to go to that counter

Firstly he was not willing to change my name spelling to a correct one despite me showing him my matric and xi and birth cert's spelling, told him my updated b-form got my spelling wrong he said he doesn't believe me

He told me to get my MarkSheets printed(I had soft copy) , when I gave it to him he looked at my picture and sarcastically smiled or maybe smirked and then despite me telling him the spelling 4 times he still didn't write it

Asked me to come over and check my picture, then I told him that he didn't change my spelling, I had to tell him word by word and I knew he was trynna rage bait me bcz I was lwk confused

Then even though nadra automatically fills "unmarried" for minors, he asked me "Shaadi ki hai? Shaadi hui wi hai?" I was fucking stunned(because the previous guy didn't ask me that and it was obvious cz I was with my parents) and said defensively "under 18 kiski Hoti" (to which my mom is saying k I should've said "mama ye uncle pata nhi Kya poochdahe hain aap ao idhar; they told my mom to sit peeche)

Then I had to do the finger prints, his machine was not working or he was trynna belittle me, he constantly said nhi horaha(jabke pichli Baar aik try mn hogaya tha) and then called my mom to press my fingers but it didn't work, I said machine kharab hai so he said "pyaaz kaatti ho na?" I was so anxious idk why, I knew it was not normal at all

Then when I was signing I was gonna press on confirm he said "pucha mujhse?" I got confused, he cancelled it and said dobara karo

Idk why I'm unable to get this outta my head maybe bcz this was weird af

Idk why but I feel like crying it's been 7 days but I randomly start thinking about this and I'm unable to study for mdcat too, ik it's nothing big but it's getting on my head, he was just trynna take advantage of me being confused the moment my mom went back

Then he was being so rude and then smiling the moment he saw me confused

Fucker I hate him, I wish I would never go to nadra, I wish I could use this smart card as cnic direct always I hate it

My father worked for 17+ years in an automotive industry(a renowned one), he has worked in different areas of management, projects, and leadership, knows English and communicates well, it's been almost an year since he and some other peers were asked to early retire

He's an electrical engineer and an MBA grad

Is there any chance he'd get a job, he's been trying everywhere and has been called for interviews, but there's zero progress till now, they just ghost

Is there any specific approach we need or something, please help, I'd guide my father

It's been a really hard time recently
