Puck'n Hell - dark air hockey demo now on Steam

Puck'n Hell is a dark, physics-based air hockey duel set in limbo, inspired by the NES classic Shufflepuck Café. You face five condemned souls one at a time, each with their own name, story, and signature shot. The core idea is honest physics: no rubber-banding, no scripted catches, no cheating AI. The game doesn't decide who wins; the table does. Easy to understand, hell to master, with on-release online PvP.

I've always loved the idea that somewhere out there in the galaxy, someone has to check aliens' passports before they travel. So my small team and I decided to make a game about it called XenoFeels

You play as a customs officer stationed on a remote asteroid outpost, inspecting alien travelers arriving from every corner of the galaxy. Your job is to compare documents, faces, ships, license plates, and cargo to catch smugglers, terrorists, and impostors before they can reach your home planet.

As your shift goes on, the inspections become more complicated... and reality itself starts feeling less reliable. By the end of the day, it's hard to tell whether you're chasing a criminal or just another bizarre alien species. And if you're really not sure, your employer has conveniently issued you a shotgun.

It's basically our attempt to blend Papers, Please, "spot the difference" gameplay, and dark sci-fi comedy into what might be the worst border control job in the galaxy.

I have made an AI-powered game engine on top of Godot. Would like people to try it out!

Viking Engine is an AI-powered game engine for the new creators.

Talk seamlessly with the in-editor AI that assists you while you make your game, so no more switching tabs between ChatGPT and your engine. Built with a focus on having a visually simplistic editor, it is not meant to overwhelm the new phase of creators with unnecessary engine clutter.

As a fork of Godot Engine, you will be able to work on an already existing game engine which is loved by hundreds of thousands of developers around the world.

Public alpha out now! (limited time only)

Download it at vikingengine.com.

You can DM me for queries or feedback.

Making a small community for beginners

Hey yall, I’m a beginner dev working on a small project, and I’ve noticed that when you know no one who does this kind of stuff it can get a bit lonely, and so I wanted to start a small discord server for devs

The only real requirement is that you be 16 or older, and the server is open to beginners, more advanced people, or people just looking to be involved who aren’t devs themselves.

There isn’t anything impressive, or any real moderation, so don’t expect to be blown away

WHEN YOU JOIN COMMENT WITH YOUR DISCORD USER AND WHY YOUR JOINING, REACTION ROLES ARE BUSTED

We've finished filming the new trailer for our upcoming multiplayer game H.I.T, and we're really curious to hear your thoughts.

We especially want honest feedback on the trailer itself. Did it grab your attention? How did you find the pacing? Did it pique your interest in the game, or are there areas that could be improved?

In our Tower Defense game, you fight giant machines with a city full of cannons. Thoughts?

Would anyone watch raw game development sessions with no commentary?

I've been thinking about recording my game development for a while, mostly because I think it'd be fun to look back in a year or two and see how much both the game and my skills have changed

Most of my prototypes are in Godot, but after watching Tsoding for a while I got the urge to write C again. So I started a game from scratch in plain C. It's mostly an experiment and a way for me to learn. I'm definitely not a C expert, so I don't think people would be watching it to learn best practices

The idea is to just record my normal coding sessions and upload them. No commentary, no editing, no "today we're going to implement..." stuff. Just whatever happens while I'm working on the game, including bugs, failed ideas, and the occasional "why did I write this?" moment.

I like watching game devlogs, but now that I think about it, I don't remember seeing any channels that do this, without talking.

Do you think there's any audience for this, or would you skip it if there's no commentary?

Also, I use a mostly monochrome editor theme. Would that make the videos harder to watch?

Here's a quick test upload if you want to see what I mean:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gu03BC8YkaM

I know it's a pretty low-effort format, but it's also the only one I know I'll actually stick with. I'd rather upload raw sessions consistently than spend hours editing videos and end up nobody see

Maybe over time I can make it more interesting by working on fun features, recording longer sessions, or trying different formats. I don't really know yet. I'm mostly experimenting and seeing if there's any interest in something like this

I just released a game inspired by Gravity Defied & Bounce. Out now on Google Play!

Inspired by Gravity Defied and Bounce (if you're 25+, you might remember these legendary masterpieces :)), I made my own minigolf game, which is already available on Google Play.

Solo dev offering quick Unity bug fixes & scripting to fund my game!

Hi everyone! I’m a solo developer building a fast-paced 3D character action game. Here is the latest teaser I’ve been working on!

To help support myself as I work towards my first playable Steam demo, I’m offering quick, affordable technical help for other indie devs. I specialize in C# Unity Engine.

My rates are very indie friendly (starting around $15 for quick, same-day bug fixes). If you’re pulling your hair out over a bug right now, send me a DM and let's get it solved!

Built a space sim where every ship system is modular and affects how you survive

I've been building a space game called Sector 37 and wanted to share it with the space sim crowd.

The main mechanic I'm experimenting with is making ships feel like actual machines rather than fixed upgrades.

Your ship is made up of individual components:

  • weapons
  • engines
  • reactors
  • shields
  • other systems

What you recover and install changes how your ship performs.

Combat involves managing power between systems, pushing components into overdrive, and adapting when environmental hazards damage your ship.

There is also a strategic layer where you manage territory, resources, and defensive fleets while taking your main fleet into battles.

I'm looking for honest feedback on the simulation side:

  • Is it fun?
  • What's good, what is terrible?
  • What would be cool to add?
