My dairy entry about dairies

I experienced a lot of trauma up till 17yo, then for a while my life was pretty good (till new trauma came but hey that's an entry for another day). So at 17yo I couldn't stand having my dairies from before that (from 12yo - 16yo) and threw them all away. I'm 31 in a couple days and I still regret it so much! I know I wanted to just be rid of all my trauma reminders, but I had other memories in them too, some positive ones or things that might even help me. One of the biggest things that really made me regret it was after my dissociative diagnosis, and realising how much memory I feel robbed of because of this disorder. Something I didn't even fully realise the extent of until recently. I know most of them were probably bad but how am I supposed to process and heal them if I can't even remember them?

I can't even dye my hair

I first got aka (amongst so many other debilitating things) from Citalopram in 2018, then got it really bad after smoking weed for just a few days in 2021. Now small things like spray paints and super glues set it off so I've had to stop my crafting hobby. Had to completely stop drinking too. 2nd hand smoke has set it off too so I need to constantly be careful when I'm outside. Now for the past 2 years I've been pretty much aka-free. I dyed my hair (temporary black dye) and boom it came back within a few hours. It's been weeks and it's only getting worse (my typical pattern when triggered). I just wanted to dye my damn hair, seriously... hair dye?! I'm just so done. SSRIs completely ruined my life, the effects have taken everything from me already, but ffs, I can't even do such a simple basic thing now? Just needed to rant :(

COVID rage scares me so much

I have a long story and this is more like a rant so sorry in advance. I think I may have the ABCB1 mutation, it took 10 years of pain to realise this, but basically I have reacted badly to SSRIs, weed and certain chemicals, which all gave me a huge list of health issues (most permanent). Somehow COVID has effected me just as badly. The 2nd time I had it was the absolute worst (in 2021), it amped up my existing issues (especially akathisia and neuralgia) and gave me waves of uncontrollable depression and rage without any psychological or emotional connection. My mum (who has always been healthy and never taken medication etc) also got mild akathisia and this rage at the same time. Anyway, the worst of it went away but I still get it sometimes rarely and I'm definitely more generally irritable now. Maybe it's because of my mutation/sensitivity (like if I've been re-exposed to a chemical I'm sensitive to without realising) for why I never fully healed? But anyway, I'm getting the rage thing again today worse than I have in a long while, and it scares me so much. All I can do is sit and wait for it to pass. It's weird and terrifying to feel so much physical anger when mentally and emotionally I'm totally fine/happy. Same with the depression. It was like a complete depletion of serotonin even though I was fine otherwise. I don't feel like my brain and body are mine anymore, I feel like a worn punching bag and I'm so tired.

Images in collages pop out when clicked on (app)

Sorry if this has been asked before, it's hard to explain so I don't know what to search for. I wish I could attach images here because I can't seem to find any examples to link to either. Basically on the app when I click on a collage image, suddenly the images within the collage will pop out which distorts/ruins the collage and I can't seem to find any option to turn it off so I can just view the collage normally. It usually comes with a "remixed with _" bubble. I'm not sure if this is a glitch but I've tried updating the app and it's still there. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to fix it? Thanks in advance :)

[Acne] UK alternatives to Lush Karma cream?

My long story: I have dry skin and l've been using moisturizers on my face since a teen. I never had any acne issues until early/mid 20s 6 years ago where it was like a sudden relentless break out. I didn't make the connection until recently that this was after I stopped using Karma cream from lush and replaced it with a few different branded ones specially for faces only (can't remember which ones now except Dove, Aveeno, and also cocoa butter which I now know is not good for faces lol)

Nothing else was different, so I started trying other things too like diet, Garnier cleanser, no moisturiser at all, daily face washing, leaving my face alone etc, still with no difference. I wash my bedsheets regularly like I always have, I don't smoke or drink etc, I clean my phone daily and even never let it touch my face during calls, and my environment is clean.

Then a few months ago I went back to using Karma cream and my face cleared within a couple of days just like that?? After about 6 years of constant acne breakouts, my face is now clear! l'm happy of course but the issue is Lush is extremely expensive, plus they've ensh*tified their products so much that I resent buying anything from them, and they've discontinued Karma cream before so I can't rely on them anyway. But I can't imagine there's anything so similar, especially in the UK? I did try other Lush creams (Sleepy and Charity pot) and they still gave me breakouts, so the key must be something in the karma cream? I just don't understand which ingredients are good/bad for skin so l'm not sure what to look for in alternative creams.

Sorry for the ramble, and thanks in advance! :)

14 hours of stress, how do I avoid a flare?

Hi, so in less than 4 weeks I'll be taking a 3 and a half journey by train, then I'll be at a concert for about 6 hours, then at midnight I'll be taking a 3 and a half journey back by taxi, all on my own. I'll also most likely be on my period at this time. 3 of my major IBS triggers are PMS/periods, anxiety, and (sometimes) tiredness. And this is going to be all 3! I've never done anything like this on my own and the fact I could have a flare makes me more anxious! I want to use these weeks to minimise the chances of having a flare, like what can I start doing now to help? And if there's any tips for the worst case scenario (like flaring in the taxi with no services around), I'd appreciate any and all advice!

Because it's a concert, I'm not allowed to bring much, just some wipes and pads. I can't get meds because I'm extremely sensitive to most medications (including Loperamide).

Also for anyone wondering, getting a taxi was somehow actually far cheaper than getting a hotel for the night! Which is great that I can get home sooner, but not great for lack of toilet options 😬

Why does the app say "hacked" on the play store? Is it the real app? The page looks real enough

I don't have Facebook installed so I can't tell if this is the real app or not, but the page looks real enough. I thought it might be related to the event but I can't see how?

Update: I can't add a screenshot but no other app seems to have this issue and even Facebook lite just has its normal tagline, so it's just Facebook that has this glitch/thing.
