Training with a missing gripper/ strength gap.

I recently found a set of genie grippers at a 2nd hand store for very cheap and decided to get them because I had been trying to find I could afford. I have the 1 3 4 5 and 6. I've never really done anything like this so I'm not very strong. The 1 I can close relatively easily and the 3 I've closed before albeit I almost died trying. That being said, how should I train since I'm missing the number 2 which I believe would be the sweet spot. Should I just do holds with the #3 or like 20-30 reps with the #1. Any advice is appreciated.

Am I balding?

I'm shit at taking pictures but I feel like this speaks for itself, I know I'm balding. Problem was it took forever for my parents to take me seriously. I saw signs probably excess of a year ago but they said it was nothing. I'm 17 and I just want to know if it's savable, what I need to take to save it, and how do I get it.

Polaris 650 triple efi wiring diagram?

I bought a motor and have absolutely no clue what I'm doing, especially with the wiring. Does anyone have a harness diagram?

What's a good workout split?

I do upper, lower, upper, lower, 7 days a week just alternating every day. I figure a day of rest is fine but I also could be wrong, just want to hear other peoples opinions on what I do and what could be better

How much rest is too much rest between sets?

I have the attention span of a goldfish and unless im at a gym I can't just sit down and workout for an hour. More often than not when I work out at home I end up taking like 20 minutes between sets and I just want to know if that's leaving gains on the table.

Edit: Just clarifying im not like sitting around for 20 minutes, then doing a set, sitting around, doing a set. I'll do a set then just go about other things.

13b in a bike frame?

I know this probably isn't the usual post here but I figure you all would know better than me. I have a mini-ish bike, and I figure why not put a rotary in it. What are your guy's thoughts on the different 13bs. I'm hoping to be around 220-230hp in the end.. REW or renesis? I just don't want to make a bigger money pit if you guys think the renesis motor could hold up. I'm going to be gone for about a day so ill respond to anyone tomorrow.

Psychologist questions and what medications are available?

17M. I've had issues with mental health for roughly 4 years? I'm not diagnosed with anything except a depressive disorder, however. When it comes to antisocial personality disorder and ADHD the doctors put me on like a spectrum where they didn't really know whether to diagnose or not. I think I was supposed to do more tests, but I never went back so it didn't go further than that.

Regardless, I can't find joy in hardly anything and it takes an effort of god just to get me to do something, even things I like. My brains just 'constantly' against me, meh this, meh that. I just want to be a slightly productive human.

I originally went to therapy, that was a while ago, it also did nothing for me. Sooo I'm thinking of trying to go to a psychologist? From my little understanding it seems like it's less talky, more fixy? Correct me if I'm wrong. I also just want to know if that's even a fixable issue, I want to get out of bed and have the want to do things. I don't care about being sad if I'm at least productive.

I check here consistently so if none of this makes sense leave a reply and I'll try to clear things up.

(mod) If I need to change anything just tell me.

I'm a fuck up.

I tried killing myself a couple of days ago but couldn't find the right bullets for the gun I wanted to use. I took it as some shitty sign maybe I could do something good, helping people who struggled like me. I've since then realized there's no point. I've tried to help and since then I've only watched as people drug themselves and or hang themselves. I really don't think there's a single thing I'm worth the time for.

What to study for a quick pass.

I finally turned 17 about a week ago, I used to post here but deleted my old account. Moral of the story, I couldn't take it at 16, but I can at 17 and I want to get this over with. I figure a week of studying will get me by, I just don't remember what I should study. What channels, what sites, what topics. Any and all help is appreciated.
