Also, hot take but idc that Wesker’s a black man in the series. His “sister” that’s never been in a mainline game, currently inhabits a 6-year-old girl’s body, and he has a son that realistically shouldn’t exist.

I feel like people were, and still are, blinded by the pale skin color because when she gets a tan, I can see her Black features clear as day. Maybe it's because I know plenty mixed and even monoracial folk DOWN who look like her, but even while she's paler than a sheet I can still tell she's Black.

She's been saying she's part-Black since 1990 and people STILL refuse to believe her or even spread the falsehood that she's 25% black when in actuality she's HALF; she's triethnic and biracial, not a quadroon. Venezuelan is not a race. I also think she looks nothing like her mom and every bit like her dad and paternal grandmother. And also the last photo is of her as a kid; in what universe is that a white child???

Sorry, it just grates on my nerves to see people still erasing Mariah's Blackness in almost 2027. Especially considering what she went through in her childhood despite being "passing."

Was rewatching Euphoria earlier today and decided to look at pictures of Maddy's room for inspo because it's my favorite and immediately spotted our girl on the wall. Y'all already know I instantly had to rush over here and post this as a lamb lol.

This is genuinely so psychotic, it’s not even funny. But also pathetic lol. Ariana can’t forge an identity or personality of her own because she doesn’t have the intellectualism and brainpower so she has to try and shoddily replicate somebody else’s, somebody who’s spent almost 40 years honing her artistry and refining her craft (and who received much more vitriol/had her career nearly ended altogether over a public ‘meltdown’ than Ariana did over having a public affair that resulted in a toddler no longer having two loving parents and a stable household) and just keeps getting better and better with each album meanwhile Ariana is just declining in every sense of the word.

The only thing tethering Ariana to Mariah was the fact that they both have whistle registers but because Ariana’s is faltering (meanwhile at almost 60, Mariah still has hers… and I oop), she has to try to latch onto every other aspect that makes Mariah *Mariah* and earns her profound acclaim in the industry, like being known as a prolific songwriter and producer in addition to a vocalist, the aesthetics (that are also roughly hijacked from TTPD-era Taylor, Lana, and Ethel Cain, resulting in this weird amalgamation that doesn’t match Ariana’s generalized aesthetic at all), even entire song titles, lyrics, and album covers. Ariana wants desperately to be known as the vocal chameleon, lyrical wordsmith, talented producer, and esteemed artist in general that Mariah is, or even have people laud her as even better than Mariah, but that will NEVER happen because Mariah is an actual artist while Ariana is, at the end of the day, just a vapid singing machine who literally had everything handed to her, from born wealth to film/stage opportunities to songs and lyrics, and is now desperately seeking a semblance of substance, depth, and identity after spending the prior 13 years having none. She’s a 33-year-old woman with the mind of a 15-year-old Tumblrina who can’t conceive of anything substantial or poetic to save her life, while Mariah, by age 33, and even by age 23, was extremely precocious and writing about complex topics unimaginable for a relatively inexperienced person her age.

Ariana also equates her self-victimization in the aftermath of her breaking up a marriage (and the slight backlash she got that ultimately did nothing and kept her career intact) to Mariah escaping her ex-husband who groomed her as a teenager and abused and controlled her during their marriage, and her career nearly ending due to her being blackballed in the industry by said ex-husband and because of aforementioned ‘meltdown,’ and Mariah’s other adversities like having grown up poor and half-Black in racist white ass Long Island, and being abused by her mother and sister, which makes Ariana’s Single Biracial Female-ing as a pasty white girl from a wealthy family, even more deplorable.

I can’t wait for Petal to drop and then flop like aforementioned TTPD so that her imbecilic stans can finally realize her fundamental talentlessness and stop denoting her Mariah’s “daughter.” As a staunch Lamb, I’ve really and truly had enough.

This is utterly horrific and I wish Georgia has a swift and speedy recovery and receives the utmost justice, while I wish nothing but the worst for James. Absolutely fucking heartbreaking and vile.

I’ve never heard of this influencer, but this was the very first thing to appear on my home feed and frankly I am utterly horrified. It just goes to show you don’t know what in the world goes on behind the scenes, as she was posting photos of herself in the Bahamas acting as though everything was fine. And also that female bodybuilders can be victims of abuse, too, even despite them being “strong.” And the fact that male bodybuilders are the most insecure species of men, but that’s a given. 😒

Sending all of my love to her and I hope her repugnant husband rots in hell and gets shanked in prison. ❤️‍🩹
