Having a smartwatch has definitely limited screen time…

I have only important alerts go to my watch so I don’t have to keep picking up my phone all day to see if I missed a call or a text. I can use my phone here and there as needed. The watch is a total game changer, not to mention the health data info.

Unless you are a doctor or caring for someone who could have an emergency, you really don’t need to look at your phone all day…

Nothing happening in my life is life or death, so I have been trying to not use my phone as often. Even text messages aren’t all that important and can wait. I’m getting to the point where if you want me to respond quickly, call.

Quit social media and following the news. What is your favorite app for getting emergency news alerts that actually matter?

I figure that if something really crazy happens, someone will call me, but it might be nice to have one unbiased news alert app for breaking headlines and emergencies. Any recs for a free app? I have weather covered. Thx!

The underground spaceship scenes were akin to Star Wars—so incredible. And when Mulder saved Scully and then the scene when they were running as the ground was caving in under them was thrilling. I only wish I had seen this on the big screen. Well done!
