RTS151 KEY led not lighting

Hey All, I have all my RTS's (RTS151KEY) LED's not lighting up. Saw a post from a few years ago saying, to program it as a relay but it didn't work, we programmed it from the panel since our programmer is not currently with us (mabye it needs to be done from the computer?), duct detector model is a DNRW.

16M can't do commercial electrical?

Hey all, I recently got on board as an apprentice for a new company and they claim that I am not able to work electrical because I am 16? They ended up putting me in low voltage which I am fine with, but I was wondering if anyone can help me understand this?

Where'd I go wrong?

Hey y'all fished this area called crab creek right off lesner bridge in the lynnhaven inlet, VB, ran a fish finder with cut mullet and a 4 oz pyramid, was out 4 hours and only got some croaker with my other rod, any tips on what I could do better, I'm targeting drum for reference.

New low voltage Apprentice/ Helper

Hey everyone, I recently got hired as an apprentice/ helper for a company and I'm really lost. I may do 3-5 tasks in an entire shift but it's a good 90% sitting on my phone just waiting for them to tell me to do something, am I doing this correctly? I'd like to mention that when tasks aren't being done most of the people I'm shadowing aren't really working either.

17M, looking to become financially independent early.

this is gonna be a long one....

Hey all, I (17M) have saved up quite a bit of money and am now seeking guidance in ways I can grow and hopefully work for myself in the next 5 years, I have a friend of mine (19M) whos parents and pretty much entire family are in a real estate investment network, and he always gives me advice, but at the end of the day were both young and my reason for posting this is to hopefully gain some experienced and outside perspective on how I can make my money work for me. If you have any suggestions in hustles or investments to research, or can just guide me into the right mindset, its all appreciated, THANK YOU!!

First time smoking a brisket- need feedback

Hello everyone, last night was my first time ever smoking a brisket, it was relatively small overall and I had it in for about 15 hours on a offset smoker with some charcoals and apple wood, The tenderness was great and so was the flavor. My question for being here is moisture, that thang was hella dry, I'm talking Sahara desert, anythings I could improve on?

Long arms and pullups

Hey all, for the longest time I've been stagnant with my pullups and my guess is it's due to my long arms, I've tried everything but it's been such a struggle to progress, any tips from fellow orangutans?

Opinions on base layers?

Hey y'all new rider here fresh outta MSF, just wondering about base layers, I plan on using my bike fairly often because my commutes are relatively short (about 15-20 mins max) and don't really require going more than 45, would that constitute being able to wear the pando base layers under my normal clothes for example? I've heard mixed opinions on their protection levels and just wanted some more input.
