This is my first time ever having a package shipped my ontrac and it has by far been the WORST experience ever. My package was out for delivery at 9am. The company asked me if I needed to leave any delivery instructions and I did, but I fear I shouldnt have. I live in a gated apartment and everyone has their own code at the callbox, but there is also 4 buildings with the same number. I live in building 700, but there is FOUR 700's. The building does specify which apartment numbers are in which building, but alot of people ignore it which causes people's packages to get delivered to wrong addresses. So I put my callbox number, and instructions on how to get to my apartment, and I SHOULDNT HAVE. For the past 6 days my package has been marked undeliverable, but I havent once gotten a call from the gate to let someone in. So I go talk to the leasing office and she tells me that just like usps, amazon, fedex, etc... They all have THEIR OWN CODE to get in. She said ontrac always delivers packages here and they never had to use someones callbox number. So when I sat and tried to think about why my package would be undeliverable, I realized that I did put in the instructions that I live on the third floor. Yesterday, I removed that part from the delivery instructions and just left my callbox number. This morning I wake up to a notification that my package had been delivered but once again, NO CALL FROM THE CALLBOX ASKING TO BE LET IN. Then I go outside and package is not at my door!! So I get prepared to walk around all the buildings to find my package, and lo and behold my package is at my building, but sitting at the bottom of the first flight of stairs. Insane that I had to wait A WEEK after my delivery date to get my package over some damn stairs. Mind you, i've counted them before and it's only 15 stairs total so idk why they made it seem like they were gonna have to climb a thousand stairs. Anyways, I will make sure that my package is never delivered by them again as their drivers are lazy asf. Had I left the instructions telling them I was on the third floor, I can guarantee I would've never gotten my package.

I've been on birth control for years because of how bad my periods are and i didnt have any effects except for bleeding continuously for months. Last year I finally found a method that works for me and surprisingly it took my periods away completely, BUT i did gain 100 lbs which is weird bc i average 15k steps a day at work and with my work schedule i really only get to eat OMAD so I dont understand WHY i gained so much because it's not like i was eating tremendously. I really want to get on reta to help with weight loss and ik i will have to add some kind of weightlifting to my routine, but does reta even work against BC? I do not want it to cancel it out like to the point where my period comes back but i also dont want the BC effects to overpower it and i dont lose ANY weight. are any of you guys in this sub on birth control? how did reta help?

TLDR; wants to know if reta will help me lose weight even though i am on birth control. dont want reta to reverse the effects from the birth control.

I went and bought Eilish no 1 intense because i've been wearing the original for years so why not intense??? I was originally going to order online and pick it up in store but it's only 3 doors down from my job so i just decided to go in. When I went to the display it said FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE and it also said it online. I did not go in to buy this with the intention of getting the free gift but I did think the gift was a cute add on. I get to the register and the girl rings me up, and she goes "oh wait". she brings out this paper and she's staring at it then she goes and digs in a drawer and comes back empty handed. She says "sorry about that, you can tap whenever you're ready". And unfortunately I felt rude bringing it up like WHERE IS MY GIFT?!?!?! so I just left it alone but i lowkey did want my free gift and now i'm kinda sad😭😭😭

I'm a biggg gourmand girly who has never shopped at lush before but have always considered it. I've heard about sticky dates, let the good times roll, and super milk but they ALL have such mixed reviews. 50% love them and 50% hate them. Can you guys give me your favorite gourmands from lush, how they smell to you, and how you layer them? I know fragrances smell different on everyone but the one time i visited lush there was so many smells happening in the store at once, i got a huge headache and couldn't actually differentiate what smells where coming from where. I was thinking to take a pen to label the tester strips, walk around the mall for a bit and do my other shopping, then re smell the testers after they have dried down to decide exactly which ones i want to buy. Some help would be appreciated!

how do you guys feel about stacking? i've seen people say they stack tirz & reta and they lose weight faster. i'm 21f, 5'4, 235lbs. my HIGHEST weight has always been 135-140 which is perfect for me but i started birth control august 2025 and i've blown up since then even though i do OMAD due to my work schedule and i work out 6 days a week. I will be getting my birth control taken out next week and was just wondering if i should try stacking both for the best results or if i should start with one and add the other depending on results...?

What is everyones thoughts on weighted earrings? And if you aren't a fan of them, why not? I'm genuinely looking to hear everyone's opinions.

In feb of 2025 I was "diagnosed" with GERD. I never got in to see a Gastroenterologist but I did go to the ER a handful of times for heart attack symptoms and on the 7th visit a dr finally took me serious and told me I had gerd. He gave me pepcid to take and I changed my diet, then i was doing research and found out about omeprazole. By April, I was not having symptoms of GERD anymore. I could fully eat spicy foods, my diet went back to the way it was, etc.... But the one thing that did not go away was the CHEST TIGHTNESS. A year and 4 months later it still feels like an elephant is sitting on my chest and i'm very short winded, I even had to cancel my gym membership because I couldnt even do a full round of stretching without feeling like I was going to pass out because I couldnt breathe. I've seen an ENT, a Pulmonologist, and a Cardiologist and nobody is seeing any issues as to what could be causing it so i'm wondering if that could be a symptom of GERD? The tightness doesnt get worse when i eat spicy foods and stuff like that it's just there 24/7. Should I go see a gastroenterologist? And if anybody else has that same symptom has it ever gone away? or should I just prepare to feel this chest tightness for the rest of my life?
