Switching from Mounjaro 12.5 mg

I've been on mounjaro for 4 yrs, including 12.5 mg for the last year. I lost 40 lbs but my weight has been steady for over a year, maybe close to 2 yrs. My insurance will no longer cover it so I will switch to foundayo out of pocket. is it at least likely to prevent me from regaining weight? Anyone make this switch? My dr is starting me on 5.5 mg to see how I tolerate it. I cant imagine it will be a problem after being on 12.5 of MJ (although that dose has been making me nauseated, major reflux)

A storm in Phoenix finally knocked over a pot with my my 2 rat tail cacti

The pot with these 2 tall guys and one barrel type fell over and broke during a monsoon related storm this week. I found it in the morning and hastily put them in any available pot, which happened to be this plastic one. Before now, even though they were getting super tall and skinny, I've avoided repotting them because I thought any movement would put them at risk since theu kind of balanced themselves. Now that nature did it for me, do you think I should keep them in this new pot and find a better way to prop them up or put them in the ground?

Nearing 50. What can I do at home?

I have always been very minimalist. I admittedly know very little about options. I am turning 50 next year. I have used Dr Hauschka's Clarifying Day Oil (1-2x/day) and St. Ives Face Scrub (1x/day) since I was in my early to mid-20s, plus sunblock of course. I have periodically explored more expensive options, but these seem to work well for me. I'm turning 50 next year. Things are getting real. I'm finally seeing some lines, especially on my forehead, as well as ahe spots on my cheeks. What can I do, short of injections, to slow down the march of time here? What about the age spots?

I'm catching up on Before the 90 Days. On E18. What is up with Elise?

I'm at the part where she's freaking out about the waterfall. Her response was INSANE. The situation was fine, like there was no actual threat to her life. Likely mildly stressful and uncomfortable/annoying but not enough to freak out. This comes after her meltdown in the bar about Josh living with a female friend. I actually figured the bar breakdown was about her being unable to just say outright she wants someone with a more stable life. I wouldnt be into a 40-something (correct-ish age?) guy who is couch hopping myself. But this behavior seems really out there. Anyone disagree? What is her story?

This job market is baffling

Thankfully, I'm still employed. I'm just feeling underappreciated and with no growth pathways, so I've been looking for a new opportunity several months.

I have a physical science MS from an ivy league university, and more than 15 years of experience in consulting and pharma PMing. I have gotten ONE screening interview where I knew someone and that is it. Most applications are ghosted altogether and the rest are auto rejections.

I am so thankful I still have a job. I've gone through several other periods of looking for jobs in the late 2000s, 2016, and in 2022 and in all of those cases, I found positions after only 3-5 applications and a single series of interviews.

Even being employed, I find this so daunting. I really dont understand what is going on. Who is landing these jobs? Are they real? Im concerned this is the new normal. Thoughts? Anyone feel like the market will ever improve?
