The mods on the subreddit really will get criticized regardless amd I honestly think it's only by people who aren't here to keep it 'neutral' but to either snark or glaze.

*post gets hundreds of snarky comments and tons of arguments*

Option 1:mods decide to either take it down or lock it

Criticism: "does anyone else find it annoying the mods lock or take down any post that gets popular? I thought this was a neutral subreddit but it's so full of just glaze posts now"

Option 2: mods keep it up and moderate the post

Criticism: "does anyone else think the sub is slowly turning into a snark page, why aren't the mods doing anything about it? I just saw like two snark posts with tons of comments bashing the group! The sub isn't neutral anymore"

Personally I feel like Option 2 should always be the option the mods go for because they can keep up posts with moderation but they can't because of the "This is turning into a snark page" criticism no matter how much they moderate the post and posts can also get out of hand so they will either have no choice but to lock it or take it down but then it's "the sub is boring now" like it's so annoying.

Anyways thank you mods for your work to ensure things stay neutral in this sub.

I have a feeling TEA will be about how their body is so TEA and I'm just getting scared because I don't know how to feel about that 😭. It will probably still be a bop but uh..

Wait so prelude has their own rooms but Katseye had to share with each other for the first year?

Listen I understand that life isn't fair but this would piss me off because you know if you've ever shared a room how chaotic it is. I really do feel like that should've been and could've been avoided altogether with Katseye. Regardles I am not saying Prelude doesn't deserve this, of course they do. I am just saying that so did Katseye, yes even if they are six instead of four.

Doesn't look to me like songs like Internet Girl or Gnarly have much longevity. I also just feel like the diverse concept of Gabriela is also what made it such a big hit. We need that back.

edit: about the Gabriela was "very 2017" people in the comments..Well yes and it still was a huge hit and now almost at 1b streams so just goes to show noone really cares about what is dated or what is not. trends are a marketing gimmick and y'all are all falling for it.

They are not the same. Dream Academy is actually really good for fans of Katseye to watch, it's wholesome and has some really great performances. It's Popstar Academy The documentary that I don't recommend watching since it created false narratives and was heavily edited.

Another thing is Popstar Academy was unfortunately much much more popular than Dream Academy and it was a lot of people's introduction to Katseye so I really only suggest revisiting it if you watched it already so you can maybe look at it with a bit more nuance than before.
