Why can't I find any decent brand under counter freezers?

Doesn't look like Sub-Zero or U-line or any of the other reputable brands make a simple under counter freezer for our home bar reno.

Trying to book 2 nights comp at NYNY sept 23&24, however it looks like the 24th isn't available? Would the case be the same for all of the other comp rooms (park MGM, MGM grand, mandalay etc)? Worth calling support to see if they can still book it for me?

Father in law built this beautiful big table top for us to go with a metal flowyline base, now we are stuck on chair selection. Help appreciated!

So far we have liked the elowen dining chair from anthropologie, but not sure if the brass finish is the one to go for or a hammered iron look would be better. I think sticking with slim legs to not hide the base would be nice. Sticking with an ivory color feels safe, but something more colorful might be a good accent. I don't want to distract too much from the table or make it too busy looking.

We don't have a strict budget but the anthropologie chairs would run about $500 ea and we are looking for 6 total.

Quote for turning our sunroom into a wet bar and adding a covered patio/outdoor kitchen seems much higher than anticipated. Were my expectations just off?

We have an existing fairly large sunroom that will need to be plumbed for a wet bar, cabinets and bar top installed with lighting etc.

The bar will be built to have accordion windows that open out into the new vaulted covered patio with tongue and groove ceiling. Within the covered patio there will be a built in kitchen that includes a gas grill, a gas griddle, sink, drop in cooler.

Countertops in the bar and outdoor kitchen L1 quartz.

A new concrete pad will have to be poured for the patio, brushed concrete.

They are planning to wire everything for sound and TV but they are leaving speakers and TVs etc up to me to buy/install.

Furnishing the space will also be up to me.

I've included some drafts of what they have sent me.

The estimated cost is between $360k-435k

What do you guys think?

Also: ignore the hot tub portion of the plan, they suggested that to try to figure out what to do with a currently unused portion of the exterior of the house but we are nixing that.

I have access to my friend's plex server remotely. Streaming 4K on my apple TV will tend to stutter, but converting the stream to a lower quality doesn't seem to make anything better. Solution?

Pretty much as title says.

Is this likely an upload speed bottleneck on my friend's end? If I pay for a plex subscription would I be able to download the file right on my apple TV? I suspect that I would have to download it on PC onto an external drive and then plug that into TV, but let me know if anyone else has thoughts.

I’ve had an issue with playing ghost rounds. 2 of the 3 rounds I’ve played against my brother’s ghost, when viewing one of his shots the game freezes and will not advance. I have closed out and resumed but it will freeze again. Not sure if coincidence or not but both were after he hit into a bunker.

Anyone had this issue and know of a solution?
