I feel this dread of feeling lost constantly since my mother’s death. I can’t let people know I’m spiraling mentally.

I’m constantly being told I’m loved. I’m a great person, but I just don’t feel it. I feel lost and I’m to the point where I just feel like my BPD is mentally kicking my ass. I’m still smiling though, I guess. I hate going day to day “take it one day at a time” but every night I go to bed so anxious that I can’t sleep. I’ll stay up for two days straight just to fall asleep and even at that I’ll only sleep for 6 hours.
I’ve been crying to the song crystal ball by Styx because I don’t know what to do with my life. I feel like I can’t breathe
