Hopital??

I did my T shot a few days ago, and a huge squirt of blood came out and pooled under my leg and like now it's super hot to the touch and yellow, it feels like theirs a golf ball in my leg and idk should I get medical attention or will this just go away 😭

Okay so uh I did my T shot like a few days ago, after I did it a huge squirt of blood came out and like pooled under my leg, now I'm super bruised and swollen but like the bruise is all yellow?? And it feels like there's a golf ball in my leg, is it time for hospital??? It's hot to the touch too
