How's he looking?

Hello. This is my 60L (or 16gal) and yesterday I reloved my huge wood piece bc it was covered completely in hydra. I used hydrogen peroxide and dried it in the sun and now it's in my bathtub.

Removing it freed up so much space, however, that it made me wonder if I picked something too big for this aquarium.

I will be getting some medaka fry next week so I couldn't let myself have that many hydra. My goal is 10 medaka which will grow, so I don't know if I should give them more swimming space or put the wood piece back in.

I also have a lot of ramshorn snails who I really care about and I wonder if having that huge cavern like wood would help them hide from medakas if for some reason they turn out to be aggressive.

What should I do? It was a really expensive piece and this is my biggest aquarium, so I have nowhere to put it.

I also have no idea how to preserve it.

Would keeping it in a box suffice or would it grow mold or become useless for a future bigger aquarium??

Made my account in 2023 to get ratio, left before even finishing the tutorial. Came back last October and speedran the whole game clear to get s1e1 sunday. Got E1 Cipher while tryna get e6 moze (I love her tho), got Hysilens on super early pity AFTER picking Aventurine over Kafka so I'm aiming at Hys - Cipher - Cyrene - DHPT.

Hello, this is the question. The aquarium is 4 months old and only had ever had ramshorns and bladders. It's 60L.

Can I comfortably fit the two species? If I can, is it better to go with 8 and 8, 10 and 10, 10 and 8, 8 and 10?? Idk

My routine is changing ~25-30% of water every 10 days but I can shorten that to every week if it's too stocked.

Would they be comfy together? Can they eat the same identical stuff? Should I get one species before the other?

Ps: I keep the lights on 14h a day (10h white light and 4h blue. I have snails and algae never had been a problem. I do have a green hydra problem, tho.)

My parameters are: 7,8ph with hard water (~16gh) room temperature (23 in winter - 26 in summer thanks to fan and ac) and always ~10 nitrates bc my tap water has 22 to begin with. (I use 50% ro water and 50% tap)

The second picture is what aqadvisor tells me (they don't have medaka so I put 20 cpd instead).

Had rhabdocoela before and it didn't look like this. They have a weird round head and some somehow look hairy/with micro legs... what are they?

Original text: I was setting up a new filter and my pond snail I think got stuck in it... and now half of it is completely broken and bent outward. The snail is super alive and moved around a lot, but half the shell is just gone!!! Is it in pain? Do I euthanize? How? 😭😭😭😭 the organs arent extremely poking out but still... do I try to attach it somehow??? I have superglue but one unlucky drop would burn the guy to death, help!!!

I love all of karasuno and most of nekoma and fukurodani so it's always hard to pick favorites. I, in fact, will also share my top5 characters for every team (Dateko/Seijo and Fukurodani/Shiratorizawa are together) ☆

Alright, so... I'm currently saving for a future Phrolova rerun that will most probably not happen. At least not this year. I currently have a guaranteed and am at 46 pity. By the end of 3.5 I'll have around 150 pulls.

I have s1r1 Luuk and thought about getting his s2 but as much as I love the character to death his gameplay is not my favorite at all, so I'm super okay with the idea of benching him eventually (not tomorrow, next year? Sure). Which makes the base concept of getting Qingxiao okay.

Now, here's the real problem: I want Amy too 🥹 What interests me the most is her fusion burst team (Denia Chisa) and while chisa is super okay (I have a shit ton of teams that can clear side towers, no need for Carthy, plus for matrix chisa will get double the stamina right?) Denia is SO high demand in my account...

By the end of the day, she'll need to work for Aem, Qingxiao and/or Luuk. So I have four questions:

1. Is Aemeath FB team worth the chaos? Or should I just give her up? I am picking her up for sentimental value but I would like her to be able to clear middle towers, do okay in whiwa (phrolova carries so even just 2k is fine) and do at least 5k in matrix (most important thing for me rn), can she manage that now? Can she last a few more months or is she already getting weak? S0r0 speaking.

2. Has anyone tried electro rover instead of Denia for Aemeath's FB team???? PLEASE let me know how chopped the team is, can it survive the meta? Asking this in case I need both Qingxiao and Aem during an endgame mode.

3. This is Lynae's third run, which may or may not be the last. Is she worth getting solely for Qingxiao even if I have Denia? Lynae does not have any other use in my account (except Aem-Lynae-Mornye but at that point, Mornye is contended so we're back at the starting point) so I'm not sure she's worth my pulls. Plus I don't like her enough to give up on the guaranteed tbhhh :'[ I'm f2p

4. In case I do keep up the "saving for Phrolova" mindset, can my account survive the rest of the 3.x patch's endgame or does it REALLY need new dps characters? (In this scenario I will get Qingxiao in a rerun and won't pull for Lynae at all)

Ps: in toa and matrix I use Phro-Qiu-Shore bc it's overpowered and bc my galbrena can't clear content and barely reaches 4,8k points in matrix :') but since Phro-Qiu-Buling works well too, consider Shorekeeper free to use in my account.

I've been playing for a week now. This is my roaster. I plan to pull for Tsukki's SP. That's pretty much all.

I still don't understand if having as much SSR characters as possible is more important than having several copies of a single team- should I for example invest in a nekoma school bond team too? In that case, what memory is the best adding them to my roaster?

Started playing three days ago- I wasted like 20 pulls on the Suga SP banner which I'm not sure will carry over the next banner... but stopped using diamonds since then.

Rn I'm tryna get Daichi SSR from the player selection for Asahi's bond but I'm not sure what to do next.

My favs are Asahi and Tsukishima so I want to focus on making em strong strong, but aside from that I consider myself a gotta-catch-em-all casual player that doesn't care about being the top1 in the arena; I simply wanna pull who I love and spoil em.

Since some people asked, here's my best attempt at the endgame. This is basically a mix of luck, crit actually critting and Luuk deciding to ult in time (he's too low on er...). Had to skip Mornye at the last rotation to make it in time lol.

This is a bladder and ramshorn only tank, with only an adult ramshorn and lots of babies. Will it harm them?

The only spot I see hydra on is my wood piece, but it's huge!! Should I remove it and deep clean it? Will it mess up my cycle bc of just how much surface it has? What do I clean it with? Treated water or tap water? Do I boil it? How do I even boil something so big...

I heard about apple snails but I can't find no one that would sell them here (only door by door and the closest is 8 hours away). Also heard ramshorn snails could eat them- should I buy a few more adult ramshorn snails???

Here's the deal: I have a (for now) ramshorn and bladder snails only tank. 60L, room temperature, 7,7 ph avarage, hard water (8gh 6kh) and they all look happy to me.

The first picture is Turbo; he survived a betta in a previous 25L and endured the cycling period of this 60L (snail-in cycle was better than being eaten by the betta killing machine...). He grew a lot! You can neatly see the difference from his store shell (with those weird pores) and the new one (transparent) but his growing seems more inconsistent than smooth so I think it's a calcium deficiency??

My problem is: with high ph, cuttle bone, eggshells etc don't dissolve at all, so putting them in would be useless. (Tried with eggshells a few times and they took a couple of weeks to disappear completely but I fear it was mostly thanks to the filter and the weekly siphoning)

Are there other methods? With diet or already dissolved stuff?

Does this look like calcium deficiency to you or does he look healthy?

Second picture is my biggest snail that was born in this aquarium! I think 2 months ago or so.

The little prick ate zucchini Thursday and has been bloated since... I tried fasting for three days but it wasn't enough. He did got better but he's still round. He seems super active and can swim just fine but I'm worried...

What can I do? I don't have an hospital tank. He's in a 25L with baby ramshorn snails that he doesn't eat, I fed him three pellets today bc I thought a 4 days fast was too long but he's a tiny tiny bit more round than yesterday so ughh do I fast him again? What do I do?? I'm worried he might get worse.

Again, I'm 1000% sure it's just the zucchini and not a secondary problem because he's always been fine and slim till the moment I saw him bit the zucchini that was meant for the snails. Help!

I sadly don't like Lucy's gameplay enough to pull for her (and don't have the resources anyway rn) but I'm sure I want the >!yang yang sp!< (and will pull >!suisui!< only if they're really dependant on eachother (will absolutely happen)) but I was wondering if pulling for some already released characters or sig weapon would radically change my experience.

As of now the galby team clears with 20sec+ to spare in toa, the Carthy team sometimes with 10sec+ sometimes barely makes it (depends on bonus), and the luuk team struggles but I still haven't maxed Denia so makes sense. Good runs get 30sec to spare, bad runs require me a minute too much. He just has trouble with energy recharge I think... either way! Do let me know what you would do!

1. why not get phoebe? I suffer from severe skill issues specifically playing her. I tried her everytime I had the occasion while looking at rotations online and my zani would still underperform like crazy, so I gave up. Rn, they're not futureproof enough, plus I think Phoebe won't rerun again.

2. why give subdps sig and not the main dps? I liked them more and wanted to spoil them. In gacha games for some reason I tend to love subdps more and end up getting the main dps just to use them (hence they get treated as side characters) (sorry carthy)

3. why get chisa if you don't have the signature? I like her. And hate Aero Rover's gameplay...

I guess the signatures I need more would be: Carthy's, Chisa's and Denia's. But I'm low on astrites and can only chose one of these. Which?

Which characters should I go for? Someone to make a team of mine stronger? (Lynae, Cantarella... will she even rerun again??) A dps to make a new team? (Augusta, Aemeath) or someone entirely new (=save till 3.4 onwards)?

Ps: is Phrolova S3 worth it in my account? 👀 I have a guaranteed rn
