I'm 5'4", and I've gone from 80 kg to 68 kg btw Nov 2025 and Aug 2026. I thought losing 12 kg would make me feel a lot better about myself, but I still feel exactly the same.
The biggest thing is that I don't see much of a difference in my body, especially around my stomach . I still feel fat and ugly, and college starts in 20 days, which is making everything worse.
I was on a calorie def diet and completed 10 k steps a day ...irdk what to do..
My cockatiel has been acting strangely this morning .. less active and sleeping more... I've attached a video. His head feathers also seem to be sticking together. Does this look normal, or should I be concerned?
edit : we visited the doc..he said he has become weak due to food poisoning (actually we fed him an apple the day before for the first time and ig that didn't really suit him )..I was so scared tho ☹️..

so I used the moisture products and it's cleansing shampoo along with my dandruff prescribed one( from fix my curls brand) and I still see the frizz idk maybe I used it the wrong way.. irdk
i mean it seems affordable idk if it's worth it ...
this is a hair wash day pic .. I have never really used any product.. i use ketaconazole shampoo( doctor prescribed for dandruff) which has made my hair hella frizzy tell me how to start ... I haven't started any routine coz I am a student and don't really want to ask my parents for money ( my mom's a critic ) will buy products from my savings 😭
