Questions about part time ramp agent job!

Looking for some insight on a part time ramp agent job. Just got a call back from piedmont at a class Charlie in the northeast. I’ve been flying Cessnas for a few years and am planning on moving south this upcoming winter to get into a better school and continue my training. I own my own business that slows down towards the end of June. It would be a significant pay cut to work there, I’m really just looking for something to do once or twice a week as it’d be good to be around the airplanes more and would look good on a resume down the line, in no way would I take the job for the money. I’m just curious about the workload and scheduling. Would I be working closer to full time but they draw you in with “part time”? What’s the deal?

Is this guitar worth any money?

They have one for sale at my local goodwill for $125, just curious if it’s worth the money for a quick flip?

Key Takeaways:

65% of U.S. households can’t afford a new median-priced home.

In the least affordable states, over 80% are priced out.

Even in the most affordable state, a majority of households still can’t buy.

I have an eBay listing but I’d sell it for cheaper outside of eBay to avoid fees. Respond here or send me a message for more info! Located in the US

My partner briefly mentioned the other day that it would be fun and silly to try to do a food eating challenge. Are there any good ones around? I guess I’ve just never had my eye out looking for them
