Satellite tracker

P1S is an absolute workhorse. Back in the ender days I couldn't release models like this because the accuracy just wasn't there. When I tried I just got complaints from people because their machines were out of tolerance compared to mine for things that required this degree of accuracy.

Nowadays thanks to bambu here is a fully documented satellite tracker build to download your own weather images.

V4 of my autonomous FPV 3D printed boat

Quite pleased with how it's looking. Been working on this in my spare time for about 6 years now.

Trimax V4

This is the fourth version of my Trimax class 3D printed autonomous navigating RC boat.

V3 was ready for long range trials, but everybody said it looked like a submarine. So I completely redesigned the centre hull into V4 above!... Longer, pointier, 20% lighter, and most importantly, it doesn't look as much like a submarine anymore ha.

Vauxhall combo 2020 addblue warning after delete (UK)

So in 2023 I got an AdBlue delete done because I was getting the adblue injector warning and the countdown. Had the injector cleaned and then had it replaced but couldn't clear the warning so the garage did a delete instead and it's been fine up until about a month ago.

I now get this warning coming up with the AdBlue orange light on the dash saying 1,700 miles until no start, but only appears for a second or two and then it disappears again. Sometimes it returns in a minute, sometimes it doesn't return for half an hour or an hour, but on average it flashes up randomly timed around every few minutes.

Got my MOT due soon and I'm assuming that's going to be a failure and maybe even a massive headache?

Any thoughts on what's happening here and potential solutions?

No, is not a submarine

Idk what I did to deserve it, but every single person who walks up to me when I go to put it in the water asks if it's a submarine 😭😭😭😭😂😂😂

Just got told to fuck off back to England... Never lived there a day in my life 🤣🤣🤣

So the story is this old woman walked out of a corner shop, opened her pack of cigarettes and threw the plastic wrapping on the ground.

It blew directly in my path while I was walking my 3-year-old girl to nursery, so I picked it up and put it in the bin the old lady was now leaning against smoking a cigarette

She said "sorry did I drop that, are you the guy who comes around and picks up the rubbish?" She said it in a nice tone.

I replied saying "no, I just don't like litter" in a tone matching her politeness.

Then she told me to "fuck off back to England". To which I said, in some shock, "why would I go there, I'm French" and carried on walking. 🤐😬😂

It was quite funny. Think she might have felt a little bit called out for using the world as a bin. In her defence though I do sound pretty English, despite moving from France to Glasgow 20 years ago.
