Hello, I've been reading posts about unhealthy environment at Accenture. I'm curious why is that po? Bakit po may toxic?

My boyfriend has an avoidant personality and every time I try to communicate something that hurt me, he makes faces, shuts down, or says he “needs positivity not complaints.” He admits I’m right sometimes, but also says he won’t really do anything about it.

Recently, we agreed before that we wouldn’t post ourselves online, but he still posts himself. When I brought it up calmly, he shut down again. At this point, I noticed I’m slowly losing interest and emotional energy. The saddest part is he’s very engaged during sexting, updates, and fun moments, but emotionally unavailable during serious conversations.

tl;dr: My boyfriend is affectionate during fun/intimate moments but shuts down or dismisses me whenever I communicate emotional concerns. I’m starting to lose emotional interest because I no longer feel safe being vulnerable with him.

I’m starting to feel like I can’t be vulnerable anymore because my feelings are treated like a burden. Am I overreacting? Is this just an avoidant/busy guy thing, or is this emotional dismissal already?

I dont give up in any rs but I outgrow eventually. In my rs with my bf, i know he has this avoidant nature, i've been trying my best to communicate with him what hurt me. Kakatapos ko lang po mag-assessment at nag-ooverthink ako now. Kahit i prepared and reviewed kasi, feeling ko hinulaan ko sya pero i did my best naman. Ilang business days po bago malaman yung result? At pano nagqqualify si ACN ng applicants? Sa score ba per section? Or pasok pa rin nevertheless?

Hi, just wanna ask insight kasi im experiencing boundary vs. boundary issue sa rs. For example, i already communicated na ayaw ko sa dp at post ng kahit anong girl (anime, celeb, meme) pero he still do it and sinabihan aq na patayin q na lang ung feelings ko (uncomfty and hurt) kasi for him di naman daw serious yun. Tapos ako, i ended up being harsh. Kasi na-try q na sabihin sa maayos na paraan at ilang beses na pero paulit-ulit na lang kasi ung dismissiveness sa kaya nasabihan q na sya na 'weak'. He value personal autonomy while I value atleast he knows how to show care and he prioritizes me. Is there a way pa ba para maayos ito?

From what I've read, most companies don't know which controls are high risk until the auditor tells them. Is that actually true or do compliance teams already have a way to prioritize before the audit starts?

Soafer na-sstress na ako sa rs ko kasi everytime sumasabog ako, na-ddismiss lang aq ng bf ko. Tas babalik na para bang walang nangyayari. Ako lagi sumasalo ng emotional thingy. Tas sya, avoidant.
