I saw that they just opened/built sauceys, and I’m curious if anyone has actually tried it yet. I know it’s KFC’s newer concept that focuses more on chicken tenders and a bunch of different dipping sauces, but I haven’t really heard much from people who have actually eaten there.
I’ve been scrolling this sub and Vikings Twitter for months and the amount of pure, unfiltered hostility directed at Kyler Murray is wild. Not skepticism. Not “let’s see how the competition goes.” Straight-up venom. People acting like bringing in a two-time Pro Bowl quarterback on a one-year, minimum deal is some kind of personal attack on JJ McCarthy.
Let’s talk about the actual football.
JJ McCarthy in 2025 (his first real season as the starter) put up 1,632 yards, 11 TDs, and 12 interceptions in 10 games. 57.6% completion. 72.6 passer rating. PFF overall grade of 61.8 (35th out of 43 qualified QBs). He was inaccurate, especially over the middle, turned the ball over at a high rate, and the offense had to be simplified around him. This was in Kevin O’Connell’s system, with Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, T.J. Hockenson, and a solid supporting cast. That’s not “he never got a fair chance.” That’s a bad season in a good situation. Injuries were a factor, sure, but the tape and the numbers when he was on the field were not promising.
Now look at Kyler. Career 67.1% completion percentage. Two Pro Bowls. Multiple seasons where he was a top-10 fantasy producer and a legitimate dual-threat problem for defenses. Even in the mess that was Arizona the last few years he was still completing a high percentage of his passes and creating with his legs. He’s a top-10 talent when healthy and in a competent system. Putting him next to Jefferson, Addison, and Hockenson under KOC is one of the most talent-rich situations of his career. The idea that this is somehow a lateral or downgrade move is revisionist.
The hostility seems to come from a few places:
• Pure sunk-cost attachment to the first-round pick.
• Residual online narratives about Kyler’s maturity/work ethic from the Cardinals years (most of which have been overblown or outdated).
• This weird tribal “JJ is our guy, outsiders aren’t welcome” energy that ignores the fact that the Vikings just paid almost nothing for a proven starter who can actually push the ceiling of this roster.
Kyler didn’t demand a trade or force his way in. The Cardinals released him, the Vikings signed him cheap, and now there’s a competition. That’s normal NFL business. The same fans who spent years complaining about mediocre quarterback play are suddenly clutching pearls because a better player is in the building.
JJ is 23. He can still develop. He might even win the job. Cool. But the idea that Kyler is somehow the villain or that fans should root against him is pure cope. Kyler is a top-10 talent with the athleticism, arm talent, and experience to take this team further than what we saw in 2025. The weapons are here. The coaching is here. The only thing holding people back is emotional attachment to a first-round pick who hasn’t proven he can be more than average yet.
Let the JJ love go. It doesn’t have to be mutual exclusive. But the hostility toward Murray is embarrassing and shortsighted. This roster has a real chance to be dangerous with a high-level dual-threat quarterback. Acting like bringing one in is a betrayal is peak Vikings fan self-sabotage.
Curious how many people actually watched the 2025 tape of JJ versus just defending the draft capital.
My game keeps crashing at this campaign mission any one else experiencing this?

Maybe I’m missing something, but why are school zone lights still active in Alachua County when school is out for the summer?
The entire purpose of a school zone is to protect students during arrival and dismissal times. If there are no students, why are drivers still being forced to slow down to school zone speeds? All this does is create unnecessary traffic, confuse drivers, and make people question whether the lights are functioning properly. If school is closed, the flashing lights should be turned off until classes resume.Has anyone else noticed this, or know who is responsible for managing these signals?
One thing I’ve noticed about boxing discourse is that fighters often don’t get full credit for a win once the fight is actually over.
Before a fight happens, fans and media spend months building up an opponent as a serious threat. They talk about the fighter’s skills, undefeated record, potential, and why they could be the one to pull off the upset. Then if the favorite wins convincingly, the narrative sometimes shifts to “he wasn’t that good anyway” or “he was never elite.”
That brings me to Jaron “Boots” Ennis and Xander Zayas.
Right now, a lot of people are hyping Zayas as one of boxing’s brightest young stars. He’s undefeated, highly skilled, and has been viewed as a future champion for years. Many fans believe he has the talent to compete with the best fighters in the sport.
But if Boots beats him decisively, do you think Ennis will actually get credit for the victory? Or will the conversation immediately become:
“Zayas was too young.”
“He was never proven.”
“Boots was supposed to win.”
“Zayas wasn’t elite yet.”
It feels like boxing fans sometimes judge wins based on the outcome rather than how the opponent was viewed beforehand.
I’m curious where everyone stands on this. If Boots beats Zayas, would you consider it a major win on his résumé, or do you think Zayas still has more to prove before a victory over him should be viewed as significant?

I don’t know if I’m late to the party, but the Frostcursed Armor set completely changed the game for me. Before getting it, I felt like every major boss could delete my health bar in a few hits. I was constantly dodging, burning through healing items, and getting stuck on fights like the Crimson Warden and other tougher bosses. It felt like I had to play perfectly just to survive. After getting the full Frostcursed set, the difference was immediate. I could actually take hits without getting one-shot, make mistakes during boss fights, and stay aggressive instead of playing scared the whole time. The game went from feeling brutally punishing to feeling manageable. What surprised me most is that it didn’t make the game feel easy. Bosses still hit hard, but now I have enough survivability to learn attack patterns and recover from mistakes. It feels like the armor gives you room to actually engage with the combat system instead of getting punished for every small error. For anyone struggling in Chapters 7 to 9 or getting wrecked by bosses, I’d honestly recommend prioritizing the Frostcursed set before grinding levels or weapons. It has probably been the single biggest power spike I’ve experienced so far. Did anyone else have the same experience, or is there another armor set later in the game that’s an even bigger game changer?
