Like I was looking through my father's notes from his middle school and there was way more knowledge in there instead of the current "2-3 lessons per topic" stuff which is absolutely unnecessary in my opinion and there could be way more knowledge squeezed in, at least for the major subjects being your native language (if it's not English), english and maths

I first hydrate, then do 50 push ups (100 on weekends), get some morning sun in, get dressed, brush my teeth, do my skincare routine and eat breakfast (almost always eggs). then I go to school, by bike btw
